And whenever he's anxious I can tell that from his behaviour. That happens due to medication he took also. Because I experience the same with insomnia and anxiety meds

People think Michael's face changed a lot more than it really did. What made the big difference in his appearance towards the end of his life was the straight hair that covered most of his face, and the weight loss giving him sunken in cheeks. Those two things together made him look like a completely different person, plus him wearing sunglasses so you can't see his eyes. you mostly only saw his mouth and nose, and it made people find him creepy, but really if you just pulled his hair back, took his glasses off, and if he ate a little bit, he's pretty much the same Michael we always saw.
Plus people compare his 20-year-old self to his 50-year-old self and are like "he changed so much!"
But he really didn't. he aged normally. his Vitiligo just made such a difference in his appearance, that it can seem like an aging thing, and makes people feel like he aged terribly.
