What I love most about declutters is seeing your whole collection, your faves and getting speed reviews on all the products! I’m amazed that you remember so much about all the different products, but that’s why you’re a pro and I’m not lol. Excited for more of these!
I love that about declutters too! I treat them as a series of speed reviews. Especially from people who try a ton of different products. Seeing which ones they choose to actually keep and continue using. Tells me a lot about a product when someone decides they like it compared to so many other options.
I love your declutters! I actually really appreciate you getting rid of stuff you're not using, even when it's fairly new. I understand why UA-camrs want to keep things for comparison but you always manage to reference things you didn't like even though you don't own them anymore and it doesn't seem as wasteful to just keep everything. Of course everybody can do what they want with makeup they've spent their money on but I always feel kinda bad watching those excessive collections where people never get rid of stuff - even if keeping them for comparison makes sense in theory. So thank you!☺

Yeah, I love when people pass things on while they are still fairly new and can be used by someone else. You don't always need to have the actual product on hand to reference it. Then its not just sitting in a drawer unused until that time happens.

I know you definitely do not have time for this, but I did see that Sephora has Pact stations where you can dispose of your clean and used up makeup packaging and they (say) that they recycle it ♻️ I love your declutters and also have anxiety when I watch any declutter thinking about how much makeup goes in the landfill 😂 I know you don’t have time to do all that with the amount of makeup you have and exciting things in your life but wanted to put that out there for anyone who wasn’t aware that Sephora has a recycling program.

You know for being a beauty guru you really have a realistic collection plus you did a honest and thorough declutter. I wish we were same skin type because then I could focus on many of your favorites. I’m still on a hunt for my semi perfect foundation and concealer.

Omg I was watching this morning at 430AM and you was debunking some stuff about how influencers not being real. I laughed so hard . I’m that person who gets up everyday at 4 am and put on 30 mins of skincare and then dress and full face . I’m in nursing and I excise times three per week. Sunscreen every day under my foundation. I’m 51 yrs young . Love your content and had good laugh before I was truly awake. The dog thought I’d lost it.

your declutters are always the best, you give awesome reviews about each product while also not dragging it for too long and you keep it real with yourself about the products you actually need
I love the way you give reviews along the way and are ruthless with you declutters rather than keeping most things which so many youtubers seems to do. I have dry skin and really liked the rare beauty tinted moisturiser, and for concealers I also liked the Pat and Huda faux filter ones, but also liked the ND and ABH ones which you decluttered. I love the sigma corrector as well which i am using now
That amazing eye look and beautiful outfit makes me very aware of the fact that I’m watching the snow fall outside my window with an expected 20-30cm coming today.
Was feeling nostalgic and picked up a Clinique foundation.
It was Even Better with a sun protection factor of 15.
I told the rep my skin is mostly dry. She shade “matched” me and Ohhh Emm Gee!, I tried it the next day - my skin looked like it was assaulted by a disco ball.
It didn’t dry down after 2 hours as evidenced by the stain left on the shoulder of my friend’s silk blouse.
Ugh… I’ll stick to Dollar General’s Believe Beauty and, I know, I know..Morphe’s soft filter foundation.
Having light, olive toned skin ain’t easy.
Do you follow Hannah Louise Poston? She might be a good resource for olive foundation shades, she’s super fair as well. I tried to get colour matched for Clinique foundation and all of them were too yellow for me!

My all-time favourite foundation is Estee Lauder Double Wear. Great coverage and suuuuper long-lasting. I mix it with the Maybelline Fit me Matte & Poreless foundation.

But which Fenty keep????????? Also, it seems Bobby Brown is trying to cater to an older demographic, but I hate to tell you, 1. Not all women ,over the age of 45, have dry skin and need such oily or/balmy products. Secondly not all old women want to sparkle like a Twilight character. All of her balms are shimmery.
These are the types of videos I trust the most. I mean, I am a person who owns two concealers (Haus Labs and Catrice true skin) and two foundations (Fenty and Haus Labs) and sometimes feels like it's too much. But to see you really pick your favorites, see which ones you've almost used up, we get to see what really stands the test of time. I also have oily/combo skin, but different, but your reviews give me a good guideline for what to choose!
Can you do a video showing how you apply the Nars soft matte foundation? No matter how I apply it, it always looks heavy and cakey ☹️ and I don’t use a lot 😭
I love the NJ loose powder, I discovered it on Mel’s channel some years ago. Since you like the new pressed powder it give it a try.
I have to say the urban decay quickie concealer differs by shade i think. I was using my sisters that was a bit darker it was just a smidgen darker than my skin. So i bought myself a lighter shade and it looked very sad and awful on my undereyes. So now im using it as a mixer to lighten foundations and add coverage.
Wtf, just shade matched the Juvia at Ulta today, I'm Giza too and it's too yellow as well. Every other shade is way too dark and orange or way too light. Lol how the hell are we even in the same realm of shades

I always divide mine by fake tan vs not fake tan colors. I don’t care about brands so that kind of works. Also made me realize I need more fake tan shades because I’m tanned most of the time.
I tried that DM Serum Skin Tint, and my skin hated it! It looked so awful on me. 😹

It’s amazing how skin type changes everything. I have super dry skin, and the rare beauty tinted moisturizer dries down almost matte on me, and I have to use a glowy primer underneath!!

Tower28 Concealer creases too quickly on me. I can get it to look good for 2 hours tops.
I have mine divided by coverage level rather than price or packaging, then when I want sheer I know what is what easier.
My Pat McGrath concealer also looks the same and I have not had it over a year...weird.

Love your chatty declutters! I don’t understand what happened to zsmasbox, they used to have amazing face products, since their hydrating primer to the full coverage but yet natural foundation and the stunning powders. What the heck happened? Who is on charge and why is sabotaging the brand?

Omg. Wish I was your neighbor n friend. I finally bought the Loreal true match nude serum foundation and nearly fell over at the $20 price tag. I must have misread stickers. I thought it was $11 and wondered why my bill was so high. Drugstore makeup is getting too high. I have to say while I like it I don't love it. I fell in love with the ysl foundation from a sample I had and when I went to buy it they don't make it anymore. SMH. I can't win with foundation. It doesn't look like you have that loreal nude serum. You must not have liked it. I haven't bought a concealer in forever. They are even trickier than foundation. I hate spending a lot and not loving it.
So if you didn't like the Huda makeup you probably don't like the Estee Lauder Double Wear? I like both of them but EL Where's very well doesn't come off (I am normal to oily)
Can you explain where/how you “donate things“? I only have one friend who is interested in makeup, and I don’t want to overwhelm her with all the stuff that didn’t work for me. Would love to be able to donate it where it would make a difference.
Im lucky to have a neighbour that is a socisl worker snd can take unused makeup to her workspace, she works with trans youth. But I also know womens shelters take on unused makeup :)

I bought the NARS Light Reflecting in Shade 2 Mont Blanc about a month ago. I’m enjoying the foundation and the shade matches me perfectly.
Ooooo, this video really helped me realize that we don't seem to have the same opinions on powders! I.E. I prefer pressed over loose, and the Huda baked looks great under my eyes if not too heavy and not dry (hello, setting sprays/face mists). I still can't decide how closely our concealer needs/preferences align though! Haha
I agree so much about CT! Light wonder is definitely her best foundation followed by beautiful skin. The rest I can’t stand and I really don’t get the hype 🙈🤷🏻♀️

I just managed to sit down and start ur declutter series, and I wish I watched this beforehand lol. I was at sephora last week and needed a concealer, and I remembered u loved the ABH one. Since I remember you liked it and it had alot of product, I bought it. I wish I watched this beforehand so I couldve gone for the Huda Beauty even if it had less product 🥹
I've grown to tolerate the shape of the Lisa Eldridge because its absolutely gorgeous on the skin and 2 is a perfect match on me.

What a wonderful declutter! Seeing your Maybelline mousse foundation just brought back nightmares from high school, hahahaha 😂 I bought it when it first came out forever ago and somehow it got everywhere and I could never wash the stains out of my uniform tops. I didn't wear foundation after that for years ~~

I was planning to repurchase my Haus Lab foundation, but I've not even gone through half of my first bottle yet, so it can wait for next year's sales and I got the concealer instead.
