    WELL<
here is the thing, right here at the begining of your vid.
That sync button is grayed out. Why is that?
Second, you mentioned you opened up a central, yet you say thats the one that is local.

The sync button is grayed out because "worksharing" hasn't been activated yet.
When you open a "central" file, Revit creates an exact copy of the central file in your local folder, so that what you work on top is actually a local copy, but once you syncronize to central, then all your information gets uploaded to the central model (essentially becoming identical models)

Please, can you tell me how to filter pipe in schedule by floor ?

You need to create the schedule, make sure you add the floor parameter and then you will be able to click on the left (properties palette) and then filter. Good luck. I might do a video on it in the future

Did you get it to work?

Great video Alex! In your example, if Alex and Joe both work on the same workset and they change the same element, which version of this element will be uploaded in the central model? The one that was synchronised with the central more recently?

If you change and element first, then you "own" the element. If anyone else wants to touch it they will get a message...they will have to "place a request to sync" or "you now own the element but your model is not up to date". The best thing to do is run a quick test with your coworker so you know exactly what is going on.
