      My skeptical and rational journey led me to become an atheist, anti-theist and anti-Judaist (the Jewish religion is a major reason why other primitivities exist; Christianity and Islam). I dislike all religions, and I dislike Judaism the most.

    • @methodius8472
      @methodius8472 3 роки тому

      @@altinokz
      The Torah is nothing more than a compilation of primitive writings compiled by different authors, and the modern scholarly consensus is that no such Moses figure existed (or that an Exodus event ever happened). Absolutely no Egyptian document records such a major event as the Exodus describes (it was nothing more than a pretentious history written for a pretentious people (the Israelites were originally Canaanites; self-hating Canaanites). Modern archeology, history, and chemistry are in disagreement with the biblical narratives (most of the writings in the Tanakh contradict each other, it is made up of different books by different authors with different theological doctrines). El the supreme god in the Canaanite pantheon was the original God of the Israelites (Isra"el"), YHWH was introduced to the Israelites later in history, and the Israelites grew attached to the god concept that is YHWH. They loved that concept so much that they merged El with YHWH, El was just another name for YHWH when Yahwism became dominant in Israel's early history (3,000 years ago). Modern linguistics and archeology show that the Israelites were originally Canaanites, even the Hebrew language was originally referred to in the Tanakh as the "language of Canaan", and it became known as "Hebrew" later on. The Book of Genesis was written around the time when the Jews were exposed to Zoroastrianism, and while Josiah did make Yahwism into a strictly henotheistic religion (and also may have been responsible for the creation of the immoral Book of Joshua), the Jews coming across the Zoroastrian religion transformed their religion into a monotheistic one. Most of the supposed "prophecies" in the Bible were documented much after the times they were claimed to have traditionally been put into place, and much of this is of many examples of something known as post-diction. I do not read the Torah in the traditional manner that many delusional Jews do, I prefer to take the Torah and Tanakh to a critical and skeptical approach. Your analogy was pointless, and I do not want to continue this discussion further with you, I am not in a very positive mood right now, and you are simply not worth my time.

I have the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia, and this is the fourth edition of the scholarly examination of the Hebrew Bible that is based off of the Leningrad Codex (Masoretic Text), I anticipate for the arrival of the Biblia Hebraica Quinta. I am also familiar with the Greek language (just as I, to an extent, know some of the contents presented in the oldest translation of the Hebrew Bible (Septuagint/LXX), and I am somewhat familiar with Aramaic (including its Syriac variants (Eastern and Western). Rhonda L just because you have a question doesn't mean you can believe in a lie. It was already known to our forefathers that the temple will be destroyed it's not the animal that's the main thing it's keeping the Torah and having our heart connected to god, orthodox Judaism is doing just that. an example to this is rabbi mizrachi I suggest you listen to what he says

    • @mcl3004
      @mcl3004 8 років тому +1

      Rhonda L no need to baptize your fallowing a made up custom the new testament is not from GD so I won't read it .gd said clearly that there's no other except him what you believe is a forum of idle worship which is one of the greatest sins . there are over 80,000 religions and cults don't be fooled . the Torah was given in front of millions of men women and children and GD said it will never be changed .

    • @mcl3004
      @mcl3004 8 років тому +1

      Rhonda L if GD would want us to fallow j then GD would appear again and tell us that he is making a complete change and deleting almost all the laws and commandments that he gave.
      If he doesn't do that that means we are fallowing something that he forbids and wrote about many times not to fallow strange GDS and false prophets. People can say what they want but the truth won't change. Your belief is like the rest of the 80,000 that don't have a national Revelation like GD did one time and gave the Torah to the people that were living in that moment. The differents between us is that you think GD the creator of all needs js because there's no temple... We know that even without a template if we keep all the laws were still going to be OK gd doesn't need help.

      @mcl3004 8 років тому +1

      Rhonda L rabbi mizrachi has many lectures in Divine information.com and all over UA-cam and some of his lectures talk about your questions . prayer isn't enough you need to keep the seven laws that the Gentiles were commanded to keep . if your mother is Jewish then you are a Jew and you need to keep all the laws that are written in the Torah there are obviously more details ... I appreciate your honesty I agree that the world doesn't look good ...

    The designer is a nice man, his understandings are secular, everything derives from that orientation. He doesn't want to be called a hillbilly by his friends by acknowledging G-d, so let him be happy. At worst he is misguided but still he must acknowledge his souls. It has been said that fashion is a death every change of clothes. I am sure Hashem loves this man and will eventually make him aware. As for Rabbi Mizrachi, his arguments are so quietly simple that only a secularist could be confused. But as for the designer (ironic huh?), his outer boundaries are science, and science's opinions are flavor of the day, as are the dictates of the fashion world. So I understand that too. Mr. Hakakian is a decent man and his behavior is good, so with such a man you can have differing opinions over a period of days. His emphasis is on reconciling Torah to secular learning; Torah doesn't change, we don't investigate G-d.

    It is always worth his time, to rescue another fellow Jew, and in this case he is Kohen descendant, correct if I am wrong, Many skeptics have this same arguments, so hopefully many see and confirm that Torah is divine.

    Wouldn't having a good calculation of the lunar month only prove that they were calculating it for a while? Or is he claiming that God inspired this rabbi to know the answer?

    • @SammyJoon
      @SammyJoon Рік тому +2

      No he is claiming that the shortest possible lunar time was passed down in the oral tradition starting with Moses at Sinai for over 1500 years until this story happened and the story was recorded in the Talmud.

    All the answers from The Rabbi was very clear, and I cannot believe this other guy was serious, please tell me he was a joke, because even to speak he took so long , he didn't even know what to say, and because he does not want to admit that the Rabbi is right , he keep going around and around talking no sense. I don't wanna disrespect nobody , but come on, even my 6 years old understood better, and this guy does not even have his on opinion, all he keep saying is : I'm not qualify to answer or to say anything, if you wanna find an excuse to not believe in the Creator or that the Torah is not divine, you can , because it's easier to leave without guidance and spirituality, because you have your own opinion about creation , because the ego is so big that is not going to let you see the truth.It's easier to find ways not to believe in G-D than just accept what is so clear like clean water. Don't let your ignorance kill your soul.

      Exactly!! "Science" tells us something one week, and then tells us that what they told us the previous week is WRONG, and they've found "new" evidence, and we should now believe this "new" thing that they've found!! PREPOSTEROUS!!! Atheists don't think back far enough as to WHO created "Science"!!!

    About Torah codes - it is simply fallacious, since our Masoretic Text is not the only text that exists.
    The Talmudic version of Tanach was a bit different.
    Therefore, most probably, in Talmud times, Torah codes did not exist.
