@@RideWithAlex If you rode & made a video of it, I’ve seen it & don’t remember, (will review your vids)? Anyway, looks pretty cool for this old man.👍🏻Best, R
Those Honda ADV fun boys are really funny. They are scared that chinese and taiwanese are taking over. And I am saying that as owner of ADV 350 🙂 There was nothing last year suitable for tall person, practical and with better suspension over other scooters. Not even Forza 750 / XAdv can compete (yes, I tested them as well before buying 350). But this changed this year and especially after this EICMA. Sad that Kymco is sleeping as always with their CV-L6 and now they put just another sleeper in line in a form of CV-R5 instead of putting somethng in to production.
It was me who mentioned the similarity and lack of creativity on the ADX300. I just traded in a Sym for the Honda, so I'm definitely not jiust stuck on one brand. It's the fact that I like Sym that it disappointed me.
@@joshbro99k96 ADX300 lacks for sure a lot. It's just another off-road like scooter. The problem is that Sym even in their own line has better options to choose from. And with built quality it seems that all have problems lately (I have personal experience in that regard especially with Yamaha and Honda). However that is something inside society as such and not sure we will get back to let's say 1990 - 2000 era of bikes capable of running for tens of years.
Hey Alex. It was the ADX300 that I said was a copy of the ADV350, not the ADX400. Yes, the lights and suspension are different. It was just an observation. I prefer it when companies do something creative - lots of examples of that on yoir EICMA visit.
To change the suspension would be to costly to adapt it. The engine can more easily be upgraded to 350 or + to make it 35hp. Then, it can be driven like gt on highway and duo. Now, its a bit light and need to push the engine to max revs. Not ideal at that point. Maybe next update.🙏🙏🙏
Great videos Alex could you show the pcx ? Also i would love to see you with travelmoto doing videos together! Greetings from your long time fan in Greece!
The chain does make a bit of noise, check on your brother if it's adjusted correct, tension should be arround 1-1.5cm it's much tighter then regular motorcycles.
You're doing a great job Alex with all those scooters-you are a real pundit as to them. However - for me a chain drive for scooters sucks - maintenance is very difficult and awkward - and stupid also for scooters' riders. (Sym Adx or Honda X-ADV)
Alex , did you know that Taiwanese SYM ADX 300 is made ... not in Taiwan but in China ? [ cheked by the VIN number ] I am wondering where the ADXTG 400 is made in !
The "problem" is that in real offroad you either need completely closed (or 95% closed) system of CVT or you need to go with chain because of maintenance from dust and such. Because open belt is good only for road otherwise it needs maintenance too as you really do not want those small rocks and other debries to be blocked between your tooth in belt and get them in to wheels....
YES! YES! YES! I have seen it. The NHT, the best motorcycle in the world. My life is complete! The best of the best, of the best.
Hello Alex!
Your knowledge of all the data is really something. It's a joy to listen to your commentary. Big respect!
Thank you! 😁
Thorough SYM review, very interested in the VFE! Nice light weight get around town ride, I like it! Best, Rola (Oregon / USA)
It is an interesting ride, I have a video on my channel of the VF185 the previous model and it's a hulgigan!

Nice looking bikes.
SYM is a good scooter, I ride a Sym Husky 150 now and feel so smooth compared to Vario, Piaggio 250
Its time for honda to upgrade adv 350 the cc and rear suspension to mono

The GT400 when you drove it in Greece did you noticed the chain to be noisy?
My brother's tl508 chain is very noisy..!

Yes the adx 300 is made in China just like the joyride on which it's based. So is the adx 125. The ADX TG I don't know yet I have to see a vin number.
@@RideWithAlex Thanks , Alex .
@@RideWithAlex The one in EICMA ... was made in Taiwan .
The 2025 ADV 359 looks like they have updated the rear suspension...can you confirm it please.
Didn't look closely at it, but that has to be test riden to confirm it's better.
With arrive in the Philippines
Hello i want see jetx 2025 please. thank you so much!
It's the same, nothing changed.
Im not a Fan of SYM but SYM buit a winner in every aspect if it only had a belt instead of the chain ♡
