Hi Dr Sanjay, thank you for sharing this. You mentioned that to provide regular stream of income we could advise annuity/regular withdrawals. But Annuity pays within a specific time period and will expire when the person passes away. Did you mean annuity for his young dependents for the future? Also, our colleague in the video mentioned abt some client comparing returns of insurance companies with mutual funds (i believe he is trying to compare performance of annuity or endowment plan), should we use life insurance when all else fails - since this is guaranteed.
Annuities are meant to provide a constant flow of income in retirement that is guaranteed. That's another way of diversifying your retirement portfolios. The family members will have their share of river once the person in place passes away.
