"PA PA YA!!" is literally papaya, the tropical fruit.
This is a Summer festival party song. Matsuri Da! (It's a festival!)
I wasn't aware of him before this collaboration, but F.HERO is a well known rapper in Thailand.
His rap was all in Thai.
The lyrics in the rap section mention Som Tam (spicy Thai papaya salad).
As in life, it's spicy and sweet, but you have to crush everything in a mortar to bring out the flavor.
This one was filmed at Yokohama Arena on the second of two nights, so everyone knew to bring a towel to wave, or to get one from the merch stand before the show started.
Not all in Thai, there are many English words as well! ;-) Starting with Papaya!

@@01cortomaltese Well, sure, just like "environment", "algebra", "quorum" etc. are not "English", but they are officially part of the English language. Papaya, etymologically speaking, comes from South America, I think, but it is an official English word (if it isn't, what is the English word for that fruit?). Just as English as kiwi, durian, rambutan, kumquat, etc. ;-)
By the way, the Thai word for papaya is "malagor" (มะละกอ) and F.Hero doesn't use that word in his rap...
Haha, forget Corona, the BABYMETAL virus has got you, and there's even less of a cure for that one. I love the crowd in this video, must have been awesome to be part of it.

I can easily say that I have a major case of the Babymetal virus I don't think there is no cure for me which is totally fine because it's one virus that I don't mind having I do agree that would have been one epic show to be to
PA PA YA! is the BABYMETAL summer festival party track. The combination of metal, rap, and dance music is a good mix, just like papaya salad!

The "Little One" is Moametal! Her birthday was July 4th and she just turned 21!!
She catches your attention because of how the video was shot and edited. Since Yui left the group, Babymetal is officially just Su and Moa, the third girl is one of three different girls that fills that third spot but is never in interviews, promotional material or the focus in any official videos. Sad, but that's how Amuse did it. They never learn.

watcher2554 I can’t even begin to think what Amuse is doing, but my hope is that they haven’t made a permanent third member due to it being a real possibility that Yui will come back. If it is a possibility this current environment could actually be beneficial to it happening. Anyway, as much as I’d like there to be a third member, I also like to think it’s due to the feelings of Su and Moa that there isn’t. Well anyway, I’m totally talking about things I don’t know at this point. PS: Mike - Moa has stated for the record that she is not little. She said that when she was a lot smaller than she is now. ;-)
I think it has changed, but I could be off, that they also don't have microphones, or at least not ones that work. It makes it difficult when trying to do some of the background/harmonies like Yui's part in "Gimme Chocolate", but as Kevin said, perhaps they're hoping with more time Yui might return. I doubt it since she said she was done and wanted a solo career, but we don't know what the future holds.

I don't understand that decision. They'll end up shooting themselves in the foot if anything happens to Su or Moa
It's not too weird to have members come and go in idol groups. Yui leaving was hardly scandalous and ignoring the hole left behind is in nobody's interest.
@@crapstirrer perhaps it's because babymetal is no more an idol group but a metal group. SU and MOA love metal, but yUI love arianna grande. She left when she can because she didn't love that music. It's her right but now Babymetal must go on and continue being on top of word metal group.
Sadly, I missed their show at a festival, where I was planning on seeing them, due to transportation issues, but my peers that attended it all told me it had one of the greatest atmospheres they had ever experienced in concert.
Your firends who saw it were spot on, next time they come around don't miss it. Take a flight if you have to, they have to be experienced live.

We are going to be isolated like a leper because of how idiotic people are in responding to the pandemic in different parts of the country. Moa is like a magnet for attention. That smirk she has always grabs attention. She was like that in the older videos to
Suzuk and Moa are intact here, but Yui last performed with Babymetal at the end of 2017. After that they were a dou for a while, then had a few extra dancers. For the past year and a bit Su and Moa have been supplemented by three Avengers, usually one at a time. Just over a year ago the Metal Galaxy Workd tour was preceded by a number of concerts in Japan, with many of the official videos shot at this concert and featuring 14-15 year old Kano in Yui’s stead, although Riho and Momoko did get a look in. Last Autumn’s tour of the US mainly featured Riho, and this Winter’s leg in Europe Momoko. One track that they replaced Elevator Girl with this Winter was BxMxC, for which there are only fan videos featuring Momoko.
Oh yes BxMxC rocks and Su singing it live was amazing.

The only problem i have with their live shows is they use too much backing track . I've seen backing vocals when nobody was singing. How much of their show is actually being performed live ?
I have seen them live 3 times, once I was just feet from Su so know for certain 95%+ is live.
Yes they have always used backing track vocals (usually Su) , sometimes to add effect or when her singing both parts was not possible but is is always an accompanyment to her live singing. They don't hide or mime though you will see Su dancing or moving (or just standing sometimes) when the backing vocals play so no attempt to cover their use. It is just part fo the whole performance.
