Thanks again. I’m working on not restoring as such but fully servicing a 1975 C90 and that has a lot of room for improvement in the ports however that bike will stay stock. My box of parts (CT90 with a clapped out 6v CT110 motor) will be next so I’m all ears. As I’m new to posties and in Tas it would really help if you could add as extra information in the description where you get the parts from, brand, size etc so there is a record of the parts that go into the project. When you do the 6v to 12v conversation please show with the camera and tell why every part is changed. Really like that you have access to experienced guys that have probably blown there share of motors and can give you paths to reliable options. Thanks again

Another awesome Postie video mate Cheers The little 110 is a great bike to cut your teeth on , as you say Just a little bit more power on a budget We’re not going to win any races but with the price of petrol now , I think we’re winning . I used a little cylinder sander bit on the drill to open it up and used a gasket off the 26mm intake to make sure it was inline . Make sure all joints in inlet and carb line up with no steps this will make a big difference
