I think people just don’t quite get Aljo. His TD % is lower and 2/22 seems really poor but he’s not actually trying to get those TDs he’s showing and showing looking for reactions and eventually getting the one that counts
Luke Thomas broke it down perfectly after the 2nd Yan fight. He gets his opponents to scramble to find that tiny window for a dominant position.
My biggest question is, can he force Cejudo to make that mistake? Cejudo has one of the highest fight IQs and rarely ever makes any mistakes. But he also hasn't faced a grappler as big, athletic, and skilled as Aljo.

Picking Cejudo makes way more sense but I get the feeling Aljo's going to be in his face using reach, mixing in sloppy looking striking and takedown attempts, at some point get hold and take his back to get him down, beat him up and tire him out, get the W. I usually go for the smaller fighter, but I think so many people trashing Aljo has made me want to see him win
This podcast is something else,something new out there. Great to see the bond they have. Burns is just diffrent right now,i hope he gets it done in big fashion, and gets the title he really deserves.

Aljo doesn't need to get a traditional takedown to get control . He's very good at using the scramble to get back control and Yan is a better striker then Henry and Sterling showed he's able to competes with Yan on the feet early in their fights plus the size advantage heavily favors Aljamain the clearest advantage cejudo has is stamina

Well, Aljo has size, reach, grappling, BJJ, great triangle, cardio....if this goes to the ground Henry is in deep trouble....a big task ahead for Henry.....and i am a fan of triple C. This would be an upset if Cejudo wins.

Dude kron Gracie is fighting again? I’m stoked, always wondered what happened to him. Hope to be able to see his jiu jitsu get to work…but jiu jitsu is a bit opportunistic, demian maia mastered takedowns, kron has to supppement jiu jitsu with either striking mastery or wrestling mastery basically
I always stop by before putting some $ on the fights :p

Frevola and Dober should be main card. Both are legit fighters that bring it everytime. Kron shouldn't be on the main card for this when that fight is there.
Aljo is another guy who gets discouraged. And gassed badly against Yan. While cejudo has proven grit against Marlon and great cardio against dj 2.
Kron did well in the striking. Cub was just more experienced.

How can anybody pick against cejudo after have seeing the marlon moraes fight . Never seen anybody getting worked like that and making adjustments and coming back to win the fight. After the fight henry couldn’t walk had to use a wheel chair to the post fight presser . The guy knows how to win
