Hey guys - I'm building a collaborative real-time video editing software that will be launching sometime next year. Check it out and sign up for early access now! www.vidsembly.com/
I just got my Anne Pro not long ago and have been struggling to find anything about how to mod for beginners, all the videos I've found seemed to be for people who knew what they were doing, especially with sound dampening. I'm definitely going to give some of these a try, great video!
The production on this video is insane. I really thought this channel had 1m subs. You stick with this and your channel will only grow, this is awesome!
Lol just buy a niz plum like please don't buy an anne pro 2 and add o rings just go buy a niz plum. It's more muted then a o ring mechinical keyboard and feels good.
This mood is quite good for changing the look , but from the video I couldn’t hear much of it , even though if you want to change more the sounding I think it’s worth to change for a aluminum case with a silicon dampener and also a good lubing for switch and stabilizers , that would make a perfect sounding I think
I understand the appeal of O rings but... hear me out: you bought a mechanical keyboard to avoid the mushiness of membrane keyboards, which contain rubber bits on the keys. By adding O rings, you’ve turned your mechanical keyboard into a membrane keyboard.
No, nope, nopety no. Some people like linear switches, the lighter the better. I don't. My problem with membrane boards always was that i had no precise way of knowing whether a key registered or not, as i'd have to mash the key down. My solution? Use switches that actually give you feedback on when the key has struck, which is in the middle, not at the end. All the travel after that is pretty much irrelevant, as the click i care about already happened. The rest is just about quiet.
I'm in your channel first time, and the quality for 22K subs is impressive, i wish you had more subscribers, cause i see how you trying. Good luck, + subscription
the o-rings make it sound worse imo. also I have the same keycaps and found that turning the spacebar upside down made it a lot more comfortable for the thumb since it's not resting on a sharp edge
Love your editing and in-depth reviews, but sadly UA-cam's algorithm tends to favour a more frequent upload schedule (also did the 3 degrees vs 4 degrees of angle on the keyboard feel weird, it looked like it did considering the keycaps are angled as well).
Thanks for the info! Been looking to upgrade my set up to accommodate for a quality feel and mobility. Hopefully you can do other kinds of builds with the Anne pro 2
Covid safe aviation stubs for cleaner submersion. Also as the battery tape may be less sticky, a thin durable layer on top to forestall battery puncture fire risk or PCB shorting.
The cleaner cleans the stub overnight to allow moving the 'board. This allows finger contact to 'board accessories to be managed. Reaching round the back of the box to fit a whole cable as the stubs get a wash? It's really just the gummy USB C. Bluetooth may not be considered secure enough in wired production environments.
i dont think 2 o-rings per key cap is such a great idea as i have tried this before and half the time some keys didnt actually register when i click them, one o-ring is good enough
Well I guess he said easy mods Not everyone wants to put effort and time lubing and plus it takes a while to dry, while o rings are easier to apply. But if u do have the time do lube them they sound better
tip: if you like o-rings it's none of my business but if you take a quick Reddit search almost every post advises you to not put o-rings on your stabs so please don't.
tape mod or dampening foam, then desk mat, then you can customize it with keycaps, case, and cable will cost from like 108 dollars to 140 or so it depends correction: 131 to 163 thats ONLY if you do every mod

The shot at 3:53 was so good and then the transition made it even better
Bro honestly I think that you are super good at edditing, would love to see some editing tips and tricks or tutorials from you my dude.
Thank you! That's a good idea!
I second this. Would totally indulge in your editing process

bruh o rings, make my finger feel like shit. mushyy eughhhh..
rubber bands just give a membrane feel to your mechanical switches, silence shouldn't come at the cost of typing experience
@@the1pigeon they just make a 150$ keyboard into a finger fatiguer thats worth 20$
The production on this video is insane. I really thought this channel had 1m subs. You stick with this and your channel will only grow, this is awesome!
Those are O rings. It makes mechanical feel like membrane
really?
@Cyrus Chan minus the o-rings i loved some of the stuff here, im using an anne pro 2 since its my first but i want to mod it too
@Cyrus Chan yeah like he tries showing the sound of the orings as if they sounded good but they sounded terrible. muted, mushy mess
Orings do not make it feel anything close to a membrane plz go use one you'll see
Lol just buy a niz plum like please don't buy an anne pro 2 and add o rings just go buy a niz plum. It's more muted then a o ring mechinical keyboard and feels good.
Never seen such good editing from such a small youtuber, great job!
Oh yes let’s just take a great keyboard then put brown switches and o rings now it’s like a membrane keyboard so fun!
Holy shit this video Is high quality.
Cool mods (except the o-rings 😉) Thanks for making this vid!
INSANE QUALITY, KEEP GOING BRO. btw, nice vid

your editing is insane
Great vid but one tip, o rings make a mechanical keyboard feel membrane
Lubing the switches and clipping, lubing, band aid modding the stabs will be way better for sound and feel than rubber O rings
Yeah, you’re totally right. But those mods aren’t as simple as these!
@@RiellyMilne fair enough, a more complex mods guide would be cool too
Has anybody said the way you speak in these videos are just so satisfying to listen to? I really love it lol
Great video! You have great production skills, so keep up the good work!
Seriously, the editing of this is phenomenal 🦾🍻👍

Glad you added the lofi playlist man!
Thank you man, I'll be doing this myself.
Hey when you buy the case does it come with the correct screwdriver?
@@axxsn1138 I didn't buy it
its all good untill i saw the o rings
Always love to see u upload 👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you homie!
Coly Cow. The editing on this video is amazing!
Thank you soooo much I’m getting an Anne pro 2 and I will try to do these when I can
I'm in your channel first time, and the quality for 22K subs is impressive, i wish you had more subscribers, cause i see how you trying. Good luck, + subscription
I subscribed because this editing deserves way more than 26.4k subs
the o-rings make it sound worse imo. also I have the same keycaps and found that turning the spacebar upside down made it a lot more comfortable for the thumb since it's not resting on a sharp edge
Editing is amazing. Well done.

Not too sure about the frequent upload schedule. Check out Pinguify, his upload schedule/view count completely contradict that statement.
Thanks for the info! Been looking to upgrade my set up to accommodate for a quality feel and mobility. Hopefully you can do other kinds of builds with the Anne pro 2
this video is so ethereal
Great vid but those pot plants made me feel nervous for you lmao
Your content is so good man
the "hey guys i hope youre doing well" is the most sarcastic things i ever heard
May or may have not done this either way awesome video and the keyboard is so nice.... yeah I did do it. RIP THAT WALLET AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
just the video I was looking for. Thanks!
1:51 "other useful farts"
You buy a mech keyboard to get rid of the rubber dome in membrane then you add It back with O rings anyways
Um, some people buy a mechanical keyboard because it's hard to know if membranes actually register keys accurately
This is honestly such a helpful video Thanks
Man you just got a new sub! Excellent vid def gonna try that on my anne 2 pro
Not too bad. The O-rings ain't the play, but an O-ring mod on the stand offs like the tofu mod would work well.
Man just built a whole new keyboard
Plz 🙏🏻 make a comparison video
DSS profile vs KAT profile vs MG profile vs MT3 profile vs MDA profile vs OSA profile.
Btw great job 👍
Damn the transitions
Awesome build! can you drop a link for that wallpaper???
this is pretty nice dude
very high quality video keep it up!!!
5:25 THEY BUILT DIFFERENT
Title:5 easy mods The video: OK ITS TIME TO TAKE THE KEYBOARD APART
Love your vids 💯❤️
honestly I think having the o-ring off is better, your using a tactile switch, not a silent or linear.
This video isn't brought to you by NordVPN. It's brought to you by Rielly.
4:32 they are actually called o rings :)
Yo just subbed ! Love the video
Ughh o rings that makes mechanical keyboard feel like is a menbrane
this video deservres so much more views. WOW
Those are not pliers those are tweezers.

you may not look very good but your editing is better than everything else in this video
am i the only one that can't tell much of a different? it just sounds slightly more mushy
You deserve more sub and attention
hows the rgb with the wood case? still pretty bright? great video
Thank you! Its decent for the most part
Nice build👍👍👍🏴
imagine using o-rings, good job tho
i would say that u could use lube but the durex advert had you covered
lol
Really like the video
i dont think 2 o-rings per key cap is such a great idea as i have tried this before and half the time some keys didnt actually register when i click them, one o-ring is good enough
Greetings from Poland
cmon why o rings man
OOF I'm disappointed u didn't lube the keys.
Well I guess he said easy mods
Not everyone wants to put effort and time lubing and plus it takes a while to dry, while o rings are easier to apply. But if u do have the time do lube them they sound better
So you just made a new keyboard with the Annie pro 2 PBC and switches, great.
I wish I had a 60 percent keyboard
Lol it sounded like the keyboard hit puberty after the mods done to it
Wtf are u doing with 50k producing this kind of quality vids? 😖youtube aint shit
Keep it up! Writing this comment using my anne pro 2.
Nice mod, whats that for a game?
Call of Duty: Warzone
o rings kinda make it feel like a membrane
i wish i had the patience for this lmao
hailey it’s really not that hard tbh
SleepingTurtleYT #2 did you made one?
SpliX yes I did made one
SleepingTurtleYT #2 nice, did you used the foam tape?
SpliX no it’s needed
O RINGS? AIN NOBODY GONNA TPYE WITH THOSE
My guy really said Lie-nux
I have that wood backplate and it’s just 😩
is his head weirdly big? no hate, great video
very cool
woodd case?
*_T H O C C_*
Edit: *_T H O C C_*
will this case be compatible with the RK61
tip: if you like o-rings it's none of my business but if you take a quick Reddit search almost every post advises you to not put o-rings on your stabs so please don't.
unless you like an extremely mushy feeling then go for it, it's your keeb so it's your choice
Will the walnut case work with a GK61
Lets have a moment of silence for the kid who broke his keyboard....
😂
Mom......umm... I broke my kEyBoArD
What switches did you get for the Anne pro 2
I think it's still stock gateron browns?
does the wooden case work for a razer huntsman mini as well?
that japanese custom with the Ghost of Tsushima hype., uffff
tape mod or dampening foam, then desk mat, then you can customize it with keycaps, case, and cable
will cost from
like 108 dollars to 140 or so it depends
correction: 131 to 163
thats ONLY if you do every mod
chad
didn't lube stabilizers. Walnut case is kinda neat but not very impressive choices otherwise.
Can i trust banggood?? I rlly wanna buy the anne pro 2 from them
Question: is this Keyboard hotswapable?
get a rama works canvas mousepad to complete the look
Whats the cable you have connected to your blue mic!?
