For freezing can they be stacked after rolling using parchment/ baking paper. Following the procedure for home freezing.
Can the dough be prepared in advance . Meaning if the timing exceeds the rest time
Does it need to be put back in the refrigerator.
Is fine atta prepared by removing bran compared to pure chakki atta.
Please share some stuffed parathas as well. Thanks
