- When three-time water polo Olympic champion Maggie Steffens posted on Instagram that the sport needed more financial support, legendary rapper Flavor Flav responded by signing a 5-year sponsorship with both the US Men’s and Women’s teams - and he’s proving to be the perfect hype man, jumping into the women’s team practice as they prep for the Paris Olympics and promising each member a custom version of his signature bedazzled clock if they bring home the gold! KNTV’s Christine Ni and Jeremy Carroll report.

Flavor Flav has been arrested and jailed twice for domestic violence against two different partners. The first occurred during a period when he was addicted to crack. The second after he was sober and that also involved pulling a knife on his partner's teenage son.
