I’ve been doing the DM with ghost movement for a couple days now. It’s insane how much time you have to aim in a duel. It’s improved my movement and confidence to take 50/50 gunfights. Thank you for blessing with content.
thanks so much for the comment and yeah its pretty insane how bad people are at aiming if you don't make yourself and easy target. thanks for watching!
Even as an immortal player I love going into smaller things like this to really think actively about why and how to peak something to give me an advantage
9:10 i actually say this all the time... people will auto pilot and clear corners, but since they are not actually EXPECTING someone they are not ready to shoot and end up either dying or half clearing You have to peek every angle like there is someone there, even if its the most random angle ever
The best part of this video is the sequence that begins at 13:00, showing the difference between walking like a Yoru clone and really taking your time pathing your movement. It’s totally clear the difference. You can _see the thought_ in the second.
brother your timings are always impeccable, loved you from the 1st video I watched. I appreciate your hard work to help me and many other gamers better and aimproved
As someone who just now is starting to get back the mechanics I had in CS, it's 100% true how difficult it is to shoot someone moving in this game. In CS it was so easy to spray control a running target compared to here which is interesting too cus the CS movement is way faster and more fluid.
Hey! Thank you for the effort you are putting in each video, I would really appreciate if you could do a pathing video for every map in the pool *included haven* As when attacking, it's really hard for me to take site without dying from 20 different angles
Tried using the ghost(how you said) in dm and I think it felt like people were taking longer to kill me, I already had decent movement but I think this shows that I still have progress to make.
Hey I have a quick question for clearing angles while jiggle peaking, if you spot an enemy and as you tuck back then wide swing, isn't there a threat of while wide swinging you expose yourself to an uncleared angle where an enemy might be staying opening you to 2 different players? For example: in the video jiggle peaking ct on ascent b site, spotting someone ct, tucking away then wide swing you expose yourself to stairs. Is there a way of avoiding that or to play that better? (Also, I've watched your other video like this and find these kinds of videos amazing and are helping me a ton thank you so much.)
iv been waiting for this video, i just got introduced to the term peeling the angle, as i am immortal iv never known about this. What is your opinion about this term, and when should i slice the angle and when should i peel the angle. Also the yoru syndrome, dont you get rid of the yoru syndrom the more you play the game. Because i think the yoru syndrome happens to people because theyre not used to the movement, an experiment i did was i switched my keyboard to the other side and the mouse to the other side aswell. I found out that i got bronze movement. Do you have any tips on how to get used to the movement, trying to teach a friend. I love the vids, keep making great content
yeah you avoid yoru movement the more you play but the sooner someone tells you about it the sooner you can learn and avoid it. Don't really have any tips outside of practicing the stuff like I said in your deathmatches, get the reps and hopefully you'll be able to enjoy the improvement. Not super familiar with peeling the angle tbh, I'd have to research a bit more to share an opinion
Can you tech how to play every agents by Vod review Pro player amd analyst what they thinking in the game & concepts of that agents? I love your work so much. Thank you.
Hey coach quick question: You talk about zig zagging through the choke point and when pathing to the right of Ascent A site you talk about moving in a diagonal line. If you hold W or S in combination with A or D you're making yourself an easier target since you're moving across 2 different axis correct? Is this a context where it's okay to hold multiple directional keys? Or were you only pressing one kind of directional key? I couldnt tell tbh and there wasnt the OBS keyboard overlay to show your inputs. I love the videos, just want to make sure I am understanding what youre saying properly
Coming out of chokes is a bit unique, you want to spend as little time as possible in these areas so don't worry about how specific you are with your movement keys in those moments. When you feel like you can, you should prioritize zigzagging but coming thru chokes it will slow you down a bit. Identify the kill zones and work your way out of them as quickly as possible regardless of what keys you need to press!
Nice video. I was wondering, what do you think makes the best solo entry players like zekken, Oxy and aspas different from the Jett players that seem to be struggling in the current Raze meta, like Demon1, yay, or even Cryo at the beginning of the year? Is it just a teamplay issue or is it their micro?
Good question! I think the players above generally play on a bit higher sensitivity and are better dive duelists that thrive in the chaos. I think cryo is also a solid raze player but Asuna specializes in it so theres no need for cryo on it. I think the players you mentioned last enjoy dictating the pace of play and are very systematic in the way they clear angles and take fights
I have a hard time having intent to kill while jiggling. I feel that when I don't intend to jiggle but rather intend to slice the pie, peek and not unpeek until I've cleared the angle, I commit to my fights and win more duels instead of being a bit non-committal. How do you keep that focus of 'reacting to NOT shoot' for every jiggle? I have that focus when I slice the pie or do a short peek/crouch peek but not when I'm jiggling, I tend to start auto-piloting instead.
generally util should support elimination of angles and your focus should mainly be on the more common ones. Process of elimination of certain angles will lead to higher % of enemy being on the next angle. You can also kind of understand where the enemies teammates are at by understanding potential crossfires off of confirmed enemy location, hope that makes sense. It's really just an effort and a focus thing, just continue trying to do your best!
i usually get 2kills and 3kills but i can never seem to get the 4kills and aces, what should i do? i reposition after the 2nd kill and usually secure the 3rd kill but i rarely get the 4k or ace. is it a movement issue? aim issue? what do you suggest i do/change
impossible to know the issue without seeing examples, you might be over peeking after you get 3 because you want the ace sooooo badly. Let the game to you and things might change, good luck!
When should I peek close to the wall? I see pros go close to the wall then, peek, but then I know that there’s also angle advantage when you’re further away from an angle or something like that.
peeking close to the wall is generally something you'd do if you wanted to jiggle and bait out a shot from the opponent and then follow it with a wide swing. Swinging close will also make you a quicker moving target and slightly harder to hit but it's also a bit riskier if you end up getting tagged before you shoot
i don’t understand when u said “close to the wall and clear it” why would u get closer to the wall when they can see u before u see them, like why not just go farther away so they can’t see u first?
i often get tagged so i cant move like id like to, i dont know how to fix this cus im dying to 4 bodyshots or some crouch sprayer sometimes i do try to move like less but i cant move well enough to avoid getting tagged and when i do im not sure what would be the best option here besides crouching (cus its the only movement you can do)
you might be overswinging and exposing yourself to a lot of angles, do your best to take your time and clear angles 1 by 1 when you have the time to do so, this will help you avoid getting tagged super hard!
If u master this one, Immortal is ez. I already watch Yay video 2 years ago, and same point. Now im hardstcuk immo for like 3 eps, no matter how hard i try cant even hit Radiant. Maybe cuz im solo q and just warm up guy before play.😢
This is literally paid coaching level info thats just here for free, really crazy the views are so low. Its def bc he's not using clickbait style thumbnails and titles

Even as an immortal player I love going into smaller things like this to really think actively about why and how to peak something to give me an advantage
this is where i really struggle is pathing, i want to be like niko from cs. his pathing and angle clearing is next level
So far the best movement guide I’ve seen

Will definitely work on this over the next couple of weeks!
could you give info on how to learn to identify tradable spots/positions? post plant/holding spike
will have to do a separate video on this, but yeah seems like a solid idea!

just wanted you guys to see how bad some people whiff if you prioritize being a moving target
