There is a man sailing around the Caribbean islands, Ky the sea glass Guy. He calls the “black” sea glass, pirate glass. He literally picks through tons of glass in former dumps. Sea glass “coins”, bottle bottoms perfectly smoothed. Also he freaks out over marbles that have worn down to the size of a pea. Amazing!
I live in St Ives in Cornwall and look for that every time I go down and hold black pebbles up, sometimes it's pirate glass, sometimes it's a pebble 😁

There are SO many things i SHOULD be doing instead of being enthralled by you two lovely ladies BUT here i am. Thank you, i love to go to my creeks for the bush noises, the birds, the gold, the interesting rocks and gemstones but when i can't i am grateful i have you.

I almost cried when you though the extra seagrass back! Even though I understand! I have wanted to get some for my sister but each time I try something goes wrong! I am not at all electronically inclined! I so enjoy watching you hunt for seagrass! I do love the stones and would have had to keep several of them should I have found them. I agree to sit on a beach and just loose yourself is so healing , I have to have my fix of the beach on a regular basis , so lucky are we to live near the coast.

What a generous beach! I think you could have used the large pieces of beach glass in a tile project. I remember when you kept some select old tiles on different larks in the past. Setting larger pieces of glass in between tile pavers in a random pattern would be lovely, IMHO.

Then you cut from a hand held shot to a high over head shot looking down , it almost looked like you had found tiny - tiny birds on the sand ...... I'm so glad you two are back and feeling better. I always say, never underestimate the healing powers of nature. I remember a while back when my husband had a bad bout of pneumonia. Right after he came out of the hospital I bundled him up and drove us to the top of a local mountain, sat him in the sun and told him to do deep breathing exercises. It did him a world of good and I think helped him heal quicker. Much love to you both.❤️

The red and grey stone might just be a brick with the grey parts being cerment. Lot's of that on one of the beaches that i visit and it fooled me as i thought it was breciated jasper. 😊

I love the Sea Chanty in your Video! It reminds me of my Sister's wife who passed away a year ago last February. We all did the Renaissance Faires (in Southern California) for nearly 20 years. She would sing the Sea Chanty songs all the time..
