How is the sports memorabilia protected in the basement given the fluctuation in temperature conditions and possibility of flooding? Is there anything done in the basement finishing process that you recommend for climate control?
Really great basement build, but was a bit disappointed with the tour... I’m sure it showed all the major aspects of the basement but didn’t really provide us viewers a very good flow and layout of the basement as a whole. Was a fantastic high end build that showcased the owners prized sports memorabilia, just wish you guys would have zoomed out or panned through the area so we could tie it all together or maybe could even provide a floor plan.
Whys it so hard to find an actual sports bar cave with tvs at the bar.... tvs are obviously a must, and this bar doesent have that other than a projection screen
Nice! Notice no books on those shelves, just man toys. Men don't want to feel emotions. We want to play. Also need a stripper cat walk with poles for any women who need attention.
Thanks, I watched about 45 seconds before I had to stop. This dude isn't a sports fan. He watched Sports Center 10 years ago and built a bar around it.
When I die and end up in heaven hopefully I end up here. Great job Pat
The MJ memorabilia is ultra impressive
So awesome! I'm just starting out now that I can afford it. Hopefully when I retire I'll have something like this
Very cool! The only thing I noticed that was missing was a nice poker table.
Awesome!!!
dude needs to pick a team and stick with it. must be nice loving every team....every year your team is the champ
Bruh most people who collect memorability buy more than one team you don’t just buy your owns teams memorability
@@cardsg1885 memorabilia but yes sir
Collectors don’t collect just one team
Brooooooo, this was my thought as well. Lol ultimate definition of a bandwagoner lol
When you got big $$$$ who cares who you root for. The dude obviously could pay for any priced piece of sports memorabilia he wants.
Excellent work. Beautiful basement
I WANT!! This is amazing! Major props !!
Probably my favorite basement...BUT..A sports bar without a TV to watch a game?
Very nicely done well build
Very nice! Looks great!
Stunning.
Incredible..honest question how much did this cost? One can dream. Someday right?
My guess is around 10-20k.
Excellent workmanship 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you!
I wonder how the plumbing works in a basement. Does it require a pump?
Jeez and I thought me putting up a fathead on the wall with strip lights was crazy. But in all seriousness this is awesome great work!!
LOL wow thanks so much! We appreciate the compliments.
amazing!!

For the right price, would your company travel to NC to take on a 800 sqft basement?
This is atleast 50k in memorabilia & another 25k for the basement setup
plus the homeowner has more memorabilia behind over hidden doors.
Sports and Alagash White 😍
A very well done job nice nice night I love it
Who's basement is this?
Area for the kids, yeah upstairs 😄
The baseball & football items displayed lead me to a confusing question. How is one both a Yankees fan AND a Patriots fan? This does not compute.

Check out our most recent videos. They are more thorough.
I’m surprised there are no baseball cards in that man cave. Other than that it looks pretty neat!
Boutta rob this mans house

Homeowner is a bandwagon fan
A bar and alot of money spent in this basement dont mix. People get drunk and will touch or f**k your shit up.
Wow
The guy that owns this house is the ultimate “Bandwagon” fan. Jordan, Brady, the Yankees….. my least favorite sports fan.
Thanks, I watched about 45 seconds before I had to stop. This dude isn't a sports fan. He watched Sports Center 10 years ago and built a bar around it.
Facts. He wouldn’t last 12 months as a Knicks, Mets and Vikings fan.
NUTZ!!!
Wow, great work! It’s perfect besides that Tom Brady jersey haha, jk.
Yankees and Patriots with Bulls thrown in? The owner of this bar seems like the worst kind of front running D.
Poor people waste their money at bars. Rich people save up money to make their own bar
