Aburi is beautiful place ..the gardens needs a big renovations on the ancient houses & more public facilities .. clean public sanitation ( wash rooms ) please make this place the best tourist attraction 🙏

Aburi is just another planet, lol. I've been there thrice when I was in Ghana 12 years ago. My ex girl ( First girl friend) comes from Aburi. I think I gotta find myself an Akuapim lady to marry .lol.

Aburi is undergoing serious destruction of the beautiful forest and destruction of trees and greenery. Please don’t sell land to make money and destroy the forest.please advise your buyers and sellers to save the forest, plant trees and grow green grass instead of building walls which causes erosion and flooding. Folks use plant hedges for fencing. Plant green grass instead of concrete driveways and compound. Plant several fruit trees and willow trees. Let’s stop climate change in Aburi. The climate is changing due to the cutting of trees and destruction of the forest. Please educate the people don’t make Aburi to become like Accra. Stop the tree cutting and plant trees.
Unfortunately, it's gradually loosing its greenery. You can't get a land nowhere near Aburi or Peduase. The place have become the play ground for the rich. I bought an acre (4 plots) at Obosomase Highland park for £20,000 3 years ago and now I won't be able to afford the same plots if I should buy it. The place is completely sold out. I bought it because I want natural environment, the peace and the view. I can see Tema and Accra from my project which is now at the roofing. Guess what? Someone actually came in and a mounted a storey to block my view, there are sand, stones and blocks everywhere...
