Yeah beautiful but it’s 2023 my city sill looks like it’s 1989
"Urban designer" how pretentious. Civil engineer is probably better title. "So I went over to Dubai to check out the expo". He's really green, you know jet flights all around the world to look at green buildings for the super rich to feel better about themselves. "Data is really important in managing a complex city. Take Singapore for example. They have data on every single tree"- ridiculous, why on earth is data needed on trees? No society in human history has done that, it doesn't happen in the Amazon. It's a solution looking for a problem.
