I'm just getting into RC cars and I can't thank guys like you enough for your thorough reviews. It's not that easy to fork out a few hundred on something when you're still at the 'DAM, those things look cool' stage, but these vids continue to add value the more and more I watch them. One thing's for sure though, this is all very overwhelming. I had no idea that RC cars had blown up this big since my tyco buggy back in the 80's. lmao. Thanks subbed!!!
Potter tons if u want a cheap and a brand what has very good part support get a traxxas 2wd slash very durable and very good part support don't buy any of these cheap rc cars what seem fun bye these paid review youtubers another thing is that the part support is crap for this car
I wish i saw the Bison before i got a HSP brontosaurus, same as your Redcat pro volcano, but i have enjoyed upgrading it, great little dirt buggy,, got PL Trenchers all 4 and man!! It is nuts fun,, i also got a Rustler vxl for 50 quid! I think around 40 US $,, i put badlands on the back, got a wheely bar and rpm front bumper, wow!!! Awsome fun,,, serviced the shocks and put new cheap front wheels n boots on, like a brand new rc,, a tip for anyone with a Rustler vxl that keeps munching the silly hollow pin that holds the gear on inside of the slipper shaft,, i dremmled a 12mm wheel hex pin down to size then hammered it gently into place,, before this i broke the gear pin every time i took it out,, but now,, solid mod!! And also with my new HPI crawler just modded a front bumper off a 1/8th and it doubles as a battery mount just above the front servo so my front end is well protected and i now have the battery weight down low and on axle as appssed to stting up high causing torque twist and tipping,, it has really improved its capabilities,, i did make about 15 vlogs when i started getting right into this, but bad health with spondylosis and fibromyalgia made it to hard to keep up,, but i should maby make one now and then when i can,, as i have learned so much through guys like yourself and i am pretty good at jerry rigging stuff as i worked on drilling rigs in the North sea for 11 years,, then started getting spine probs,,, but hey!! Its raining but i have been having a hoot at home with my crawler and homemade indoor crawl obsticles!! Happy bashing folks. 😊
I am 63 years young and retired and just got into RC (cheap drones thus far). I have been having fun with my quads, but there are days that I can't use them due to wind. I was thinking about the time that I got my son a RC truck for Christmas many years ago. I live on 5 acres of wooded land in a log cabin and I have a nice, big circular drive way and a large parking area along with a nice front and back yard. I remember my son having fun with his RC truck and I thought that I should get one to drive around on those days that I can't fly my drones. I could not believe how the RC Cars and trucks have changed! Wow! I love this Bison! I looked at others, but for the price and having a brushless motor, it just can't be beat! I used your link and ordered one. Only five left! Flash sale for a couple more days and at a great price! My Christmas present to me and my first Truggy (I believe that is the correct terminology?!) Thanks for the video and link!
That's an awesome comment! RC is a really fun hobby and starting with the Bison will get you hooked! If you didn't get a US plug, you may need to get an adapter for the charger. I travel internationally for work, so I had no problem using my multi outlet adapter to allow me to plug it into the outlet. Truggy is the correct terminology. This was my first Truggy...and I'm hooked! I love this car. I took it out today for a run on the local hobby shop track. Just posted the video. :)
Awesome! I actually have a very nice charger with multiple hook ups for all kinds of batteries. I bought it a few months ago as I intended to get bigger quads with bigger batteries. So...I should be good to go. I just need to re-learn how to use it. Thank God for youtube! I watched your video...you put that Bison through a heck of a work out! That thing is tough!
I guess Mama was right...I could break an anvil! Got my Bison yesterday, read the manual, got to know it, and took it out to play with it today. I was having a ball with it when the battery ran out. I had purchased a 5200 mah battery and had charged them both last night, so I swapped it out and went back to it. I was about 10 minutes into my second go round when...bam...hit a small, pointy stump under the leaves that I didn't see. The Bison came to an abrupt halt and the right front wheel was flopped to the side. I had broken the bronze colored piece that wholes the wheel on and bent it severely. I just cannot believe it. I have a local HobbyTown near by so I guess I will go to them and see what they can do for me. I am still numb over this as it was so much fun and I was so into it. After seeing people bash the heck out of this thing, I can't believe that I could break it in it's maiden voyage. Oh well.
Curbs and trees at high speeds are a death wish for even the strongest RC. I broke my first RC about 10 minutes in when I hit a curb. Learned from that experience that it isn't too expensive or hard to fix most breaks. I'll message you my email. Send me a pick and I can help you get the right parts. I finally broke a small plastic bushing on mine and ordered it from hobbytown on Amazon. Also broke the bolt that holds the shock to the shock tower. Simple fix with any brand bolt, washers and a lock nut.
All these trucks are just extra part runs after the contract for the oem is up. Im surprised more people dont know how global manufacturing/ brand sales work
ordering through gearbest,if your in canada remember theres a $30 border fee after youve paid for tax and shipping, its best to wait for when its on sale for $315 ish it goes on sale frequently.$315 + tax, shipping and fee ran me $435. i also suggest buying some spare parts if your getting the bison. get a handfull of spur gears and servo savers from monkey hobby its fairly easy to break, the rods that hold the arms on break frequantly, 3mm metal rods are $6 on amazon for enough to make 100 of the rod youll need to replace.hope this helps some ppl
Yeah. It seemed like it was a box that was already opened. Oh well, at least I got the car and hopefully I can get a battery today from the hobby shop so me and my Son can go drive it tomorrow. Thanks for your videos. You are doing an awesome job with your channel. Cheers and Merry Christmas!!!!!
Thanks dexter. It may have also been removed in customs because it is a LiPo. If they thought something was wrong with it, they'd open and remove it. Hope you can get one in time!
Adam Benson You should join the Facebook group for the VKAR Bison. I'd recommend adding a chassis brace. It's easy to snap if you land on the wing with momentum. Crash Doesn't look bad in person, but it will crack the chassis. They make a metal chassis brace for the bottom, but you can just get a threaded rod to run between the shock towers.
well I don't mind telling ya . I was impressed. nice work Tony. I am sure everyone appreciates the research you did on this one bud. 🖒🖒. thanks for sharing
Liked your comprehensive review and comparison to the Helion. A VERY similar truggy is sold by JLB Racing (JLB Racing 21101) which currently sells for around $270 on Banggood, plus parts are available. Cannot make up my mind which one to buy. Regards
Your videos are great man. I've been viewing the Bison with interest. I just can't decide if I should spend an extra 120 on an Arrma Kraton v2 & if it'll be worth it? Your views would be highly appreciated, thanks
+Trevor Crouch either way seems like a good option. The Arrma vehicles look super tough. I believe that takes two batteries, so it depends what you want. This is small and flies on one 3s battery.
I have the Bison Love it !!!! Helion 10 tr The arm holder’s and suspension hinge pins in the bushings are different but if I replace that whole section with the Helion brand it will work right ❗️⁉️❓❓❓❓ PLEASE LET ME KNOW ⁉️❗️ Thanks 🙏
Hi Tony, can you point me to the correct sand/snow tires I'd need for this little beastie please? Mine hasn't arrived yet & I'd like to be prepared :) thank you.
I'll tell you what...after the first run with it...it's in competition for my favorite car. The X-maxx better be careful or it will slip for the #1 spot.
I am getting a bit worried because I just got a Helion four 10tr and a Bison parts car. Called my local hobbytown and they said "Better buy some parts quick because they're discontinued now" so now I'm wondering if I should sell them quickly before I need parts.
My Bison works very well so far, but I have one issue. Sometimes when I normally drive and then stop and stand still, the car starts to drive backwards slowly without me doing anything. Even if I don't touch the remote, it does that. But then if I press forward again, it drives further just as normal as before. But if I want to drive backwards on purpose, it doesn't do that. Now, does this car even have a backwards gear and I don't know hot to controll it or is that a fault of the car and it is damaged in some way so that it drives backwards without me doing anything.
HI JAN Same trouble here ditch the toy charger and get a decent one recommend the TURNIGY S60 my battery would not even re charge with original charger red lights flashing no reply from supplier i wonder how many good batteries have been disposed of with this original charger otherwise its a great TRUGGY a great addition needs a low battery warning beeper on unit perhaps going in reverse is the warning who bloody knows CHEERS TRUGGING DOWN UNDER
@CCxRC I really want to know if the spur gear is plastic on this truck.... Simply because Im thinking of the JLB and from my research I believe they come stock with metal spur gear...Really will appreciate your INPUT!!!!!!!!! Close to buying one...
Friend of mine has the Helion short course version of this, I see the ass end off it alot on Saturdays (raceday.) He hasn't had anymore issues than what I would consider normal. I guess his is 8-9 months old.
That's awesome Ralph! I did manage to break the bolt that holds the shock today. Easy and cheap fix...and considering the bashing I've done with this...it was to be expected.
Is the pinion pitch the same as the hellion it says it's a 32 pitch cause I was thinking about going up from the 15 I have bought a fan for the motor and a metal brace
+Gusseisern of the truggies I've reviewed, I now prefer the Zombie or the JLB 21101 Extreme. I really enjoy my Axial SMT10 Grave Digger as well. Different type of truck, but really fun
Anyone have any idea who makes the ESC for the Bison V2 Extreme? The little information that came with this RC is incorrect. My LEDS on the ESC do not flash. The ESC "beeps". I've placed my ESC into an unknown mode and I have no instructions on how to program the ESC.
Stellar review Sir! Loved it and have watched the other videos... tho I'm not in the market for a truggy... that price really makes it hard to avoid... and this makes me wonder about those military scale trail trucks... Mann ?? I think they are called,, one looks like a rc4wd beast clone.. and I see a lot of cool videos but no cool reviews and research like this.... They should send you one to test!!
I’ve looked at gearbest and banggood. Gearbest has the 120a esc in the description, while the banggood says it has an 80a esc. They both say the motor size is the same. What’s the difference ??
Hey can yoyu advise me my A959 has twicthing on the steering and it doesnt steer at all or respond properly -so what causes this? and how can I fix this? Thanks
CCxRC I just bought a redcat volcano this week. It's a good truck and cheap.. if you get one watch the video on redcat volcano common issues and fixes first ua-cam.com/video/qIO6KwVOM4Y/v-deo.html. Redcat already fixed the body issue that was mounted to far forward, it now sits right, but the video helps with the other adjustment by factory that needs adjusted before driving
hi love your vids got a bison coming wife got it for me for Xmas. what's a good extra batterys , low cost to get for it, can you put in a link for it thx
Hi guys. Can someone check to see if the front wheels turn opposite direction of rear when rolling just the front on the ground. Mine turn same direction under power but front and rear are opposite when rolling just the front or rear on the ground.
It says waterproof on the box, but I'm not really willing to test it at this point. I did get it wet on accident by landing in some water and it was fine, but I don't plan to submerge it at this point. :)
I like this RC, but am reluctant to recommend it as a first because it needs work to make it more durable out of the box. A bad landing on the tail can break the chassis if you don't stiffen it. I'd always recommend a Traxxas Slash 4WD VXL because they are fun all-around and easy to get parts for. But if you want a cheap brushless truggy style vehicle the DHK Zombie or JLB 21101 Extreme as they are more durable than the Bison - though the Bison is easier to get parts for.... Traxxas Slash 4wd VXL ⇨ traxxas.com/products/models/electric/slash-4x4-tsm Zombie ⇨ bit.ly/DHKzombie JLB ⇨ bit.ly/JLB21101X
CCxRC hey, cheers for replying so fast, i just hit the sub button, i really like what you have to say. i just had a look at the 3 cars you sent links for, i really like the JLB asits more the style im after, and also it comes witha battery, and its not expensive.
Hi Ron, the ESC says it is rated for 4s if you get the 120amp version I have in my description link. Also, be sure to change the warehouse it ships from the the US warehouse if you decide to buy and are in the US. It will ship much faster that way.
I know that Gearbest sells the V2. I'm not sure which version Banggood sells. Just make sure it is the 120amp ESC. My link in the description should point you to the one I got. They do have a cheaper one that is an 80amp esc. It's ok, but I'd go bigger.
I've put about 6 hours of abuse...err...playing time on it. :) The battery that comes with it lasts about 20-25 minutes of run time on a charge. My larger capacity batteries give me 30-45 depending on how I'm running it.
I buy them on Amazon, hobbytown or amainhobbies, but you have to find the part number listed for the Helion Four 10TR. Google the manual for it and find the part you need and search that part #
i have the same car,.. but version 3 ,.. and pay in 2018 - 280 euros ,.. ,.. is a good car rc ,.. 3s and 4 s lipo capacety,.. team assossieted sct pro 4 is identical chassi .,...
lol! I wanted to ask you what you think about the Outcast :-) Do you think its better than the Bison? The Outcast ist now Numer One on our list.. but too expensive at the moment for us and not enough storage. We have too many RC's for our small flat :-(
Here are also parts for VKAR Bison V2 Its is another clone donor They have also metal spur gear Don't know if it wil fit?? www.rc-mod-shop.de/Amewi-AM10T-Extreme_1_s3
Does anybody know that this metal spur gear wil fit in the VKAR Bison V2? www.rc-modellbau-24.de/Ersatzteile/Ersatzteile-Car/Short-Course-Truck/Short-Course-1-10/AM10SC-1-10-4WD-V2-Brushless-KV3000/ES1073A-Steel-Center-Diff-Spur-Gear-Hauptzahnrad-Stahl-fuer-Mitteldifferential::1673.html
Exactly. If anything the helion would just be a rebrand of this. Vkar, riverhobby dhk, and the other wl toys are all house brands for the factories that make these things.
I'm just getting into RC cars and I can't thank guys like you enough for your thorough reviews. It's not that easy to fork out a few hundred on something when you're still at the 'DAM, those things look cool' stage, but these vids continue to add value the more and more I watch them.

Have you broken the chassis? Many owners of the Bison have reported the chassis as a frequent break point. In particular by the center diff.
I have not. I can see how it would be a weak spot, but in my hard bashing....I've been pretty lucky.
Thanks, got a bison on the way and was thinking it might need a chassis brace.
ordering through gearbest,if your in canada remember theres a $30 border fee after youve paid for tax and shipping, its best to wait for when its on sale for $315 ish it goes on sale frequently.$315 + tax, shipping and fee ran me $435. i also suggest buying some spare parts if your getting the bison. get a handfull of spur gears and servo savers from monkey hobby its fairly easy to break, the rods that hold the arms on break frequantly, 3mm metal rods are $6 on amazon for enough to make 100 of the rod youll need to replace.hope this helps some ppl
+utalis47 great suggestions!
It did as I'm a Torontotonian
Gearbest sent me the car without a battery. Thanks for dropping the ball right before Christmas Gearbest!!!!
+Dexter Charles seriously? That sucks
I am getting the bison and I didn’t know anything about that it looks amazing
Awesome, ordered one last night and your video has reconfirmed my decision.
Thanks,I joined the FB group and yes I like your suggestion on the rod brace, simple mod that will certainly help .Oh yeah, subbed your channel also ":)
well I don't mind telling ya . I was impressed. nice work Tony. I am sure everyone appreciates the research you did on this one bud. 🖒🖒. thanks for sharing
This is a Nice car. It is the same parts as for the ”Pirate Furious XL” and ” Amewi AM10T Extreme” and as you say Helion Four. That is nice 👍🏻
ok, got it coming tomorrow . what spare parts are wise to have on hand and where to get them?
Liked your comprehensive review and comparison to the Helion. A VERY similar truggy is sold by JLB Racing (JLB Racing 21101) which currently sells for around $270 on Banggood, plus parts are available. Cannot make up my mind which one to buy. Regards
Yeah man...that's the Cheetah. It looks really good as well. RC Tanks & Trucks 24/7 compares that and the Bison I believe. Both look really solid
If u had to pick one, would you buy Bison or Arrma Senton?
Just received mine. They have added a full metal plate on the bottom protecting the servo and full length of the bottom. Also champagne colour :D
They’ve definitely paid attention to what the users were asking for. Glad to hear yours is the updated version
What do you feel is the best and what do you think would be good to carry a small gimbal and camera setup on?
I like the DHK Zombie best of these ... with the small gimbal setup...you'll want a flat chassis brace to mount the camera to...likd the zombie
Your videos are great man. I've been viewing the Bison with interest. I just can't decide if I should spend an extra 120 on an Arrma Kraton v2 & if it'll be worth it? Your views would be highly appreciated, thanks

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ⁉️❗️
Thanks 🙏
Hi Tony, can you point me to the correct sand/snow tires I'd need for this little beastie please? Mine hasn't arrived yet & I'd like to be prepared :) thank you.
Also check AMEWI AM10T. Atleast it looks very very similar to Bison. However dont have neither so cannot compare in detail :)
Brilliant videos on the Bison, thank you.
Sending our best from the U.K 😊
Thanks Mark! I have so much fun running this car.
I was looking at the hbx t6 1 6
Wow that's some good research. I just got one of these and this is great news for parts. subed!
Thanks! Happy to help ;)
Any suggestions on back up batteries for this truck man? I’ve just ordered one and don’t know what to get
Very nice review! The price difference is massive! 300 compared to the 500 of the Helion! I'm considering getting the Vkar :) Thanks for the share!
I'll tell you what...after the first run with it...it's in competition for my favorite car. The X-maxx better be careful or it will slip for the #1 spot.
i bought 5,000 cst differential oil for the rear and for the center and front i bought 15,000 cat does that sound good?
thx for the link I have 1 coming can't beat that price plus adapters that come with it thx again.
How do you get parts easily now that they've discontinued the Helion Version from Hobby Town? What's the best source for parts down the road....?
Tony T currently I still buy stock that is at my local Hobbytown, but also have ordered from Gearbest and Aliexpress.
Tony T but I recommend the DHK Zombie these days...as my favorite basher with parts available via RC Hobby Explosion
I am getting a bit worried because I just got a Helion four 10tr and a Bison parts car. Called my local hobbytown and they said "Better buy some parts quick because they're discontinued now" so now I'm wondering if I should sell them quickly before I need parts.
That's a good question. I plan to keep mine and just order parts online from people who stock VKAR parts.

Do you recommend doing the tapping trick to help with the tires ballooning?
If it bothers you, then yes. For bashing, it doesn’t bother me. For speed runs on street it is a problem.
Okay sweet. Could you upload a video on the correct way to do it ??
is this from another country though? do you need something specific like an adapter to charge in the US?
Is the pinion pitch the same as the hellion it says it's a 32 pitch cause I was thinking about going up from the 15 I have bought a fan for the motor and a metal brace
Toni, great reviews. What is the today´s best 1/10 scale truck that you´ve tested?
+Gusseisern of the truggies I've reviewed, I now prefer the Zombie or the JLB 21101 Extreme. I really enjoy my Axial SMT10 Grave Digger as well. Different type of truck, but really fun
There is also this version of the bison ( Fahrzeug - AM10T Truggy M1:10 4WD Brushless )
I had not seen that. Interesting

hi, i want to upgrade the servo of bison , plz advice me , what model will fit on it , thanks in advance
Hey brother, love your videos. I wanted to ask if you think it’s safe to run a Traxxas 3s 8400mah batter with this bison?
Just want to confirm. Does this come totally ready to drive ? Battery, charger etc...

Yes!! That's it!.. the " beast "style 6x6 is a bit out there to me, but Cross has a few normal looking military trucks that imo look great..
I’ve looked at gearbest and banggood. Gearbest has the 120a esc in the description, while the banggood says it has an 80a esc. They both say the motor size is the same. What’s the difference ??
120a is better. More options and better power distribution
Excellent review and very good Bison rc !! Excellent video !!
Thanks Pascal!
Hello brother, that car is extraordinary. It is seen that it is of very good quality,. Can you put it up to 6s ?, thank you brother for sharing it👍👍👍👍
Thanks! It says 2s-4s on the ESC.
CCxRC Ok thank you brother, greetings from paris france🗼🗼
wrinting you from France ! between bison vs the new cheetah jbl what's your choice for a rc beginner ?? thanks for this awesome video
+gonzalo quaino I like the Bison...if you know to strengthen it to avoid cracking the chassis. Otherwise the cheetah is great out of the box
I've just buy it from geazrbest ! I hope it will be hard enough -) and thanks for the link .. 209 euros hot sale !!
Hey would you guys go for the bison or the dhk optimus blue model.. Ive sold the optimus cause the diffs strip
Hi, would changing the motor to a 2150kv help out with getting longer drive times? I have the 120a hobbywing version, current motor is 2650kv
I’m not sure. I’d rather just get a higher Mah battery or another battery to improve run times.
About how long did the shipping take? Since it's comes from overseas....
+Slk Ric it varies. I bought my boys the Huina Backhoe and Logger. One came in 12 days and the other took 20 days.
20 day's! Wow! Does any place in the USA sell this Bison for about the same price as China?
Hey can yoyu advise me my A959 has twicthing on the steering and it doesnt steer at all or respond properly -so what causes this? and how can I fix this? Thanks
Not sure. Is it driving and twitching?
Which is the maximum size (in centimeters) that it can support as a battery?
I'll have to look. What battery are you looking to put in it?
FLOUREON 4S 14.8V 5500mAh 40C
145x50x37mm
Why did gearbest remove the vkar bison?
Really good review I subscribed thanks i hopefully getting it
Its a good price, but there are reports of way too many broken chassis...
Can you measure the battery tray? m orderiing one. But wish to buy a biggerbttforlonger running time
+Rob Quin's sure. Metric or stand measurement?
+Rob Quin's 140mm x 54mm with foam spacers
156mm x 54mm without foam spacers
great,thanks
I am interested in the short course truck v3 can you send me a link?
did you strip your spur gear on the bison...........is it metal or plastic......
It is plastic. I broke two teeth on the spur gear doing a horrible backflip attempt
Bison is now available as a roller for $200. no electrics included.
Some of it reminds me of redcat volcano also.. is some of the volcano parts fit? Like chassis and chassis brace, and all the gears?
Don’t know. Never seen a Redcat volcano. Curious though.
CCxRC I just bought a redcat volcano this week. It's a good truck and cheap.. if you get one watch the video on redcat volcano common issues and fixes first ua-cam.com/video/qIO6KwVOM4Y/v-deo.html. Redcat already fixed the body issue that was mounted to far forward, it now sits right, but the video helps with the other adjustment by factory that needs adjusted before driving
where can i get a frame for bison?
hi love your vids got a bison coming wife got it for me for Xmas. what's a good extra batterys
, low cost to get for it, can you put in a link for it thx
+Ace Jenkens sure. I posted a link for someone else. Let me grab it
+Ace Jenkens here's a Bias Battery made by the same company as Venom. Good batteries. amzn.to/2hHnSpy
Looks just as good as the revo at half the cost
I knew it kev made a video of it really good video btw
Hi. What is the vkar bison ATR and how is it different.
Not sure what the ATR is.
Awesome video and truggy very nice discovery great job thumbs up!!!
+MRBRUSHLESS it's been a really fun truggy
+MRBRUSHLESS it's been a really fun truggy
+MRBRUSHLESS it's been a really fun truggy
Hi guys. Can someone check to see if the front wheels turn opposite direction of rear when rolling just the front on the ground. Mine turn same direction under power but front and rear are opposite when rolling just the front or rear on the ground.
That how the differential works.
.
waterproof? ever test that?
It says waterproof on the box, but I'm not really willing to test it at this point. I did get it wet on accident by landing in some water and it was fine, but I don't plan to submerge it at this point. :)
+CCxRC hey there, im looking to buy my first rc car in the nextfew months, would you recommend this one?
I like this RC, but am reluctant to recommend it as a first because it needs work to make it more durable out of the box. A bad landing on the tail can break the chassis if you don't stiffen it. I'd always recommend a Traxxas Slash 4WD VXL because they are fun all-around and easy to get parts for. But if you want a cheap brushless truggy style vehicle the DHK Zombie or JLB 21101 Extreme as they are more durable than the Bison - though the Bison is easier to get parts for....

CCxRC hey, cheers for replying so fast, i just hit the sub button, i really like what you have to say.
i just had a look at the 3 cars you sent links for, i really like the JLB asits more the style im after, and also it comes witha battery, and its not expensive.
it's like helions rock rider. that is the same as an ftx outlaw or vrx octane
Interesting. I'll have to check that out.
All I have are 4s lipos. Can the esc and motor handle 4s? If the esc can handle 4s I'd be satisfied. I wouldnt want to buy new lipos.
Hi Ron, the ESC says it is rated for 4s if you get the 120amp version I have in my description link. Also, be sure to change the warehouse it ships from the the US warehouse if you decide to buy and are in the US. It will ship much faster that way.
Thank you!
im wanting one any recomendations for uk purchase?
I know that Gearbest sells the V2. I'm not sure which version Banggood sells. Just make sure it is the 120amp ESC. My link in the description should point you to the one I got. They do have a cheaper one that is an 80amp esc. It's ok, but I'd go bigger.
hell yeah tell me you beat this thing's ass man it took a beating for sure it's well worth the money
Yeah. It's like the price you'd pay for a used and abused E-revo
He'll yes it is that thing is bad ass and I've seen a couple of review's but yours was the best by far bro
What does ATR version mean!?
is that a castle motor? did it come with that?
It is an "unknown" / unbranded motor, but it is really solid and fast.
cool
TELL ME HAS ON BOARD AUDIO PLEASE!!! IF SO....PLACING MY ORDER RIGHT NOW.
Sorry. Does not have onboard audio. Most cars it has to be added to.
how many hours of playing time?
I've put about 6 hours of abuse...err...playing time on it. :) The battery that comes with it lasts about 20-25 minutes of run time on a charge. My larger capacity batteries give me 30-45 depending on how I'm running it.
Really great review! 😍👌
Can some one help me! Where do you get parts for this VKAR Bison?
I buy them on Amazon, hobbytown or amainhobbies, but you have to find the part number listed for the Helion Four 10TR. Google the manual for it and find the part you need and search that part #
Great video my friend. Awesome job on the research end of it. Thumbs-up
Thanks Nate! We need to go bashing at IPSWICH
CCxRC Absolutely my friend.
i have the same car,.. but version 3 ,.. and pay in 2018 - 280 euros ,.. ,.. is a good car rc ,.. 3s and 4 s lipo capacety,.. team assossieted sct pro 4 is identical chassi .,...
All the examples I could find (Amazon, gearbest, anywhere were all 1/10 scale without a single example of a 1/8 size. What gives?
Great review, thank you
Does any one know the price after the sale (the original price)
I think the normal list price for them is about $335. I don’t remember exactly
Great stuff! looks like a good buy to me :)
For the right people it definitely is.
I clicked the link but to no avail. (
bit.ly/Bison_VKAR try this one
Thanks a lot man!
the promo code isn't working. what a disppointment.
Looks like you are right. I just tried it and got a message saying, "This coupon has reached its usage number limit."
update: just tried it again. It worked!! Just ordered my Bison for a great deal with the 18% off!!! thanks
thanks for sharing this infos :-)
There are too many great cars and the wish list ist sooo long... :-(
And now its longer..
HAHA! I hear you. My wish list is growing. That new Arrma Outcast is close to the top :)
lol!
I wanted to ask you what you think about the Outcast :-) Do you think its better than the Bison?
The Outcast ist now Numer One on our list.. but too expensive at the moment for us and not enough storage. We have too many RC's for our small flat :-(
Yup not all gearbest product are Toygrade
I think its worth it.
I have handled 63 mph
erevo looks alike
thanks!!!!!!!!!
Is it better than the cheetah?
Here are also parts for VKAR Bison V2 Its is another clone donor They have also metal spur gear Don't know if it wil fit??
www.rc-mod-shop.de/Amewi-AM10T-Extreme_1_s3
Does anybody know that this metal spur gear wil fit in the VKAR Bison V2?

I just preordered my traxxas e-revo 2.0 boys! hehe
SWEET! I was looking at one at Hobbytown and was impressed.
Pretty sure the motor cannot handle 4s
If geared right it might handle it. I'd be more worried about the plastic spur gear.
Looks like a super clone!
it's not a clone , this car is rebrand bye 7 other and with 7 different prices hahhaa (and some mods somtimes )
Exactly. If anything the helion would just be a rebrand of this. Vkar, riverhobby dhk, and the other wl toys are all house brands for the factories that make these things.
