Yea, at times it may be glorified but if you buy a home at 30 and pay it off by the time you retire, you don’t have to pay rent/mortgage anymore, as long as you live in that house. Yes you’ll have other expenses but at least no rent…isn’t that a perk?
@@dee468 Yes and no there’s upsides and down sides to both honestly in my opinion if you don’t have kids and don’t plan on renting out your house there are way more perks to having an apartment now if you have children or plan on using the house to make money as an investment property way more perks to having a house. Just depends

idk if anyone else has mentioned this but Allyiah thank you for being so transparent about your skincare journey. As a renter in NYC we deal with this issue at least once during our renter journey because of issues with buildings. I’m in Jamaica and the roofs are falling and water bubbles in the ceiling due to the hurricane. This is your first one and sad part probably not your last. Get as much dehumidifiers into the affected rooms to extract the water from the walls and floor. That would resolve half of your problems. It will take 5 days to remove then open all the window and let the sun in. Make good the damage decorations and remove the damage floor asap.
Oiling your scalp is AMAZING but so is rosemary water spray! You can spray it in the morning and evening and even night and it helps so so much

Awe, i completely relate to the stress of home ownership. It's not an easy road and very unpredictable at times. The only silver lining is thank goodness you were in ATL and not in Dubai at the time with new tenants already occupying the space. Even then who wants to be bothered with the stress of it all. Hey Allyiah, I know this is frustrating, I just had a leak in the slab of my house. They had to tear up the hard wood floors, jack hammer the slab and tear out my kitchen cabinets. Not to mention once the pipe was fixed from the leak the water heater went out. It was replaced only to have a carbon monoxide leak. So I can share in the tears you are shedding. The saving grace is that you and your babies are ok and the house was empty when this happened. I’m praying for a speedy reconstruction for you as well as myself. Keep living life to its fullest, I love your content. Waiting for next journey and where it takes you!
