- I started making this animatic in September 2022, and today finally came the day when I finished it! Damn, having a job and little free time sucks...

I love how in the comics he’s portrayed as the serious and mysterious figure with a heart of gold. And yet, like every TF2 character, the fandom butchers him in the most fantastic way possible.
I love each TF2 character with all my heart, but even more I love the humorous content with them. So ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mean, in the game he's portrayed as the bitchy Frenchman so it seems pretty accurate. Hell, heart of gold seems a little generous for spy in the comics. Sounds to me like you have your own fanon interpretation of these characters, so there's no need to bash others.
