This really reminds me a lot of the old Dinosaur Valley toy line I think it was called, and the Spinosaurus design from it had a color scheme that looked a lot like this with some dark green thrown in. Also reminds me a ton of the spinosaurus from JP Warpath that was pretty much a raptor with a sail.
Gorgeous painting, and I have to say that that is really an amazing custom figure! It looks so good with just those cheap dinosaurs put together, way better than any JW Hasbro figure. The colours you used are nice and vibrant, a bit like the Chaos JP line and the story you played at the end was great. I was afraid for the woman but glad she managed to get away, scary dinosaur!

It looks somewhat like a spinosaurus, from before we knew what their heads (or the rest of them) looked like. On that note, a modern one would be an interesting kitbash, given that toy companies haven't really had time to jump on that boat yet with the exception of a few, namely Schleich.
Reminds me of Altispinax; the Dimetrodon-like take on the creature as author John Brosnan (under the pseudonym 'Harry Adam Knight') described it in his novel "Carnosaur."
