    if you have a scanner on your printer most do you should copy the pattern so you can mod it with photocopies of the original. also, you can use whatever paint software you have to make designs

    How did you know that the original opening up point was too tight? When you couldn't try them on yet?

      I made a pair a few years ago that I couldn't get my foot into. The solution is to make a bigger opening for your foot

    9:26 Are you a wizard? No way a normal person could follow a line so quickly and precisely

      @AndrewReesonLeather  2 роки тому +1

      A normal person can't set their actions to 3x speed like editing software can. Although I'm pretty quick now after 5 years of practice.

      @@AndrewReesonLeather Hah! I didn't even notice. By the way, because of this series, I've gotten into leather working over the last few weeks. Lasts should be coming in next week as well as the leather for my boots. Thanks for everything!

    Where is the video for how you glue the soles ?? I’m having trouble gettin my properly on there always off it sucks !!!

      I've just uploaded the next lesson. The rest of the series has been recorded and will be uploaded over the next month.
      Regarding glueing soles, the trick for me is using a heat gun to get the glue really sticky. If it's not tacky to touch, then it won't bond properly
