Congress, the Revolutionaries (HRA/HSRA), the Communist blocs, Hindu-centric parties - all of them were well-founded in their ideas and looked at the issue with different lenses, as such nothing was "wrong".
Fundamentally, Indic civilization is a million times more mature and life-experienced than Britain, whether contemporary or pre-WW2. British capture was a fluke, not well planned by Britain itself. Sooner or later Hindus would have taken matter in their own hands, no matter which political party or organisation it was.
