This is insane. That's all I have to say. Everything about this track makes it feel like you're fighting a secret final boss. Also the Thorns reference is pretty nice. I know this comment will get lost in all the praise, but I really think this is awesome.
I group them in their own category of "Superhards" or "Super Songs": the epitome of testing rythymic skill, amongst other things. (Then again, I usually just lump all the hard end-of-mod songs into that category)
Does anyone else feel this is similar to “At Doom’s Gate”? At least just the first few seconds? Might just be me. Honestly enjoyed this song the most out of what you showed us from the mod- can’t wait to see what else the team had planned next!

You know how you can tell this is a proper musician at work? It wasn’t enough that Retro’s vocals sound like an electric guitar - during the chorus, listen to Retro’s half and tell me that’s not a palm-muted riff I’m hearing. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, my favorite mod song to date. This is the stuff that makes me want to learn modding and proper music theory, just so I can take this guy on one day.
Really love this song! I want to say, since the first time I heard this, I could hear some similarities like the Danger! Music from Dr. Robotniks mean bean machine at the start and also Aquarius from Castlevania just after the first choir part, not sure if it was intended but really loved it. Amazing piece indeed!
What I love the most about this song is how it reminds of certain leitmotifs from canon FNF songs like Stress or Thorns. It keeps the feeling that yes, this is an all original song from an original mod and almost seems like a different game altogether, but it's still rooted to FNF at the end of the day. Also because both of those songs I mentioned have demons/spirits in them and Retro seems to be guarding the entrance to the underworld so...
are you saying tankman's a demon? because gf doesn't sing in stress (she actually has her own voice samples that aren't the full words in the tutorial and they never get used in stress)

I beat it as well, tho I had my scroll speed at 2.3 when I beat it to make it a bit easier to read. I've ALMOST beat it at its normal scroll speed, however. My left hand is my greatest weakness in this song.
