Omg, when I was little I suffered from asthma and I was constantly treated and of course swimming was recommended for us asthmatics. I lived by the sea, learned to swim there and always wanted to swim. But I had no way. I have always loved swimming and used the summer to swim. I dreamed of being a swimmer. Now, at the age of 45, I discovered a good winter swimming pool *I really swim in the summer. I found your channel and learned a lot. Now I try so hard to swim when I can and I imagine that I can become a good swimmer even at 45. I live far from you in Serbia, but when I watch each of your videos, I get happy and imagine, I experience watching myself learn from a professional swimmer, I have now fulfilled my wish, It's never too late! Thank you

In d.p.s. count, your negative split between the first 50 and the last 50 is not equal due to the time you used when pushing off

Correct. Water is 827.846538 times dense than air which is approximately 800 in the nearest hundred

Nice video Fares! I have one question. Do I have to make underwater kicks during the wall pulls or just a streamline? In case I have to make underwater kicks, how much? Thanks a lot!

You should do a minimum of 3 or 4 dolphin kicks off the wall every turn, but in a race over a longer distance (400 free or over) just 1-2 dolphin kicks is fine.

Perfect your streamline first and foremost, then add dolphin kicks! The number of underwater kicks depends on how comfortable you are with them and how long you can hold speed while kicking. Start off with 1 or 2 then add a few if you feel good!

He does seem like a fun coach, though in the video's the time he takes for the explanation is a bit exagerated.
