hi, do you have a throttle on one of the ends with the original throttle that opens and closes the flaps.

In Germany they are not sold anymore because they are too loud. So BMW decided to ditch the product. Furthermore the sheet metal is thin and not reweldable.

The flap is probably closed. Exhaust flap only will open while riding or when it is altered due to a programm.
