where do u get those white laser style border stickers ? What do I search for ?

I found it listed mostly as Washi tape or Washi lace tape.
Lace tape brings up washi tape but brings up wig tape more.

Every time I try to etch the heat lifts up my resist matirial (vynyl tape, paint whatever no matter what I try) is my voltage to high? What am I doing wrong?
