Breaks my heart 😢 feeling like a little cry coming on. Beautiful Freddie He was feeling every moment of this song . Freddie is the only person who could do this song justice😢♥️
The power of Queen, they can rock your world and make you really happy, then they can make you cry by a simple lyric and melody all 4 could do this and all 4 did, Queen = total greatness
Love love this song. Freddie always loved singing Johns songs. His vocals are out of this world. When I play this song i have to repeat it like 3 times.
Yay! Thank you kid! You rock! ❤❤❤ Freddie sings Deacon’s song so passionately for him. They were buddies. This is the only Queen song with a saxophone to that point.
Great song. Love your reaction! My sister is Kendall Neason, and shared your very first video on this channel with me. Imagine my surprise when I heard her name! 😁 Keep doing what you’re doing. ❤
A great addition to "The Highlander" soundtrack and movie. John always wrote the most heartfelt lyrics and put them with Freddies voice and you have pure magic! If you have time might want to try "It's Late" a hidden gem.
Steve Gregory played the sax, who also played in Geroge Michael's Careless Whispers. Freddie had a distinctive voice, he exatly knew where to put the emphasizes and he sang with passion and uniqe dynamics, that's why he is the GOAT.
A Queen (Freddie & John) take on R&B song. Read that Jihn played all instruments except the sax...but thought the strings were added from an orchestra, not a synth. But Freddie's vocals are truly beyond next level.
This is John's contribution to the Queen Soundtrack for the movie Highlander. It is so beautiful, I can't imagine anyone not loving this song. John wrote good love songs. I believe this is a dance scene in the movie. The main character in the movie is immortal and his lady is not so the lyrics of this song really hit home with the theme of the movie.
@@ReactifyMe7220 In that case, it will have to be "Mother Love", Freddie's last song, that Brian had to finish... I cannot listen to it without crying, the lyrics "My heart is heavy and my hope is gone"... gets me every time.
Okay one of my favorite vocal performances by Freddie!! Gorgeous!! It was written by John (he’s so cute) for the Highlander movie soundtrack! Can you imagine being John & composing a song knowing that Freddie would be your voice?? Or witnessing the greatest frontman ever while standing next to his beloved piano?
Good catch about the synthesizer. They did not use them in early albums. But began to experiment with them in later music like the magic album. Each member wrote a song for the movie Highlander. This was Deacon’s contribution. They were all incredibly talented songwriters. Each have been inducted in the songwriting hall of fame! Only band to have all 4 members write at least 3 hits!
Have you seen the movie "The Highlander"?? This song, and several others were written as the soundtrack to the movie, about an immortal man and the struggles of watching your lover grow old and die and you don't... quite a concept... great movie, and outstanding music to accompany it, all written by the entire band!! Amazing! Keep on rocking with Queen, they will never let you down... blessings.
The "Highlander" movie is about Immortals so it means one year of love is better than living forever without it at all. "Don't lose your head" is a great track. If you have not done so, watch the movie, it will all make sense.
Love your reaction ♥️ freddie's voice is out of this world just touched by angels no one can top this man even mark martel he's good yes but near freddie impossible all queen are thanks

John Deacon’s brilliant contribution to The Highlander movie. Freddie’s vocals are incredible. Love this song.
It was written for the Highlander movie, John wrote a beauty and Freddie brought it to life.
There's this track called 'Pain Is So Close To Pleasure' ... like the lyrics you referred to. 😉👑
John Deacon wrote this most amazingly romantic song and Freddie performed it incredibly.

A hauntingly beautiful number from the wonderful Mr Deacon, almost reduces me to tears each time I hear it. And as for that saxophone....
Freddie sings the blues.

This song is played when the lady cop goes into her local bar.
"Pain Is So Close To Pleasure" is also a Queen song
Real men cry❣️thank you for doing this . I haven’t heard it in a long time .
That is true, next sad song I’ll let all tears loose !!!

Love your comment Debra John writing with Freddie’s voice in his head 😢
Wow how lucky, you are right!

Yeah Freddie goes in for the power right from the first syllable.John Deacon wrote this for the movie Highlander.
Oh la, la….😍😍
John asked Brian not to play on this track. Yes wanted the sax.

I have not seen the movie ! I want to badly, just don’t know where to find it, same as the boh rap movie
Nobody but Freddie, with the passion be puts into everything, could sing this song. 😭
