Cheers! Glad another year with a beer on your list! I’ll keep sending them! Sierra Nevada 😳 I think the area between pale and single IPA blurs at times. My go to IPA is Two Hearted.
Man, I haven't had a Two Hearted in a while. We get them and I'll have to score some fresh ones. Cheers and I am glad there was another one on the list!
Our preferences align almost one to one. The Alesmith release this year was their best ever for me. The brewery I was most impressed with was probably Anchorage, which for me was always good but overpriced and not quite at the level to justify going out of my way for it. This year though there was huge release after huge release that all hit right at the peak of the style. I just had batch 11 of triple oaked a deal with the devil and it's definitely my new fav barleywine. Great vid as always
I had a couple BAVSS's back in the day and that's still one of my favorite coffee stouts. After having the first one, I ended up trading for most of the main Speedway variants, regular Vietnamese, Barrel-aged, Barrel-aged Vietnamese, Rye Barrel Vietnamese, Double Barrel Speedway, and Hawaiian Speedway. And then a buddy of mine got me the BA Cinnamon Vanilla variant as well. They're all so good.
Great list, for sure! Not surprised by it based on the reviews I've watched from you this year. I had the vanilla edition of that Alesmith beer, and it was delicious (albeit a bit heavy-handed with the vanilla, haha!) I hope I can find the Angel's Envy at some point. That review was awesome, and made me want to try it even more. Funny you didn't prop up a regular IPA, but like you said, your drinking habits and palate probably have changed a bit. It definitely happens. Did my live stream for everything list-related yesterday, and I had an absolute blast. Going to try to make it a yearly thing. So much fun! Happy New Year to you and the entire family, Kyle! Cheers, brother!
Nice list, and i gotta agree on the Fidens triple Vegan is an amazing triple IPA also the Fidens triple Farmer was next level as well! Cheers keep up the great work 🍻
Love the list; my taste buds must be changing in my old age. I can’t enjoy the barrel aged stouts like I could a few years ago. This next year might finally be a year where I try to develop some love for IPA’s. I’m gonna get some of these from your list. Happy new year!
I have definitely heard of that happening to people before, even though it hasn't happened to me yet. Definitely let me know what you think of the IPAs you end up trying. Cheers!
And here I am drinking a 60 cent can of Genesee Cream Ale lol
Nothing wrong with that! It is a great beer.
Cheers! Glad another year with a beer on your list! I’ll keep sending them!

Yeah, so I am jealous of all of that haha. I haven’t had a ton of Anchorage but have had some great ones by them, and I always love Alesmith. Cheers!

Wow, Bruery Vanilla Villain didn’t make the list? I’m surprised! Happy New Year! 🍻
