I think it also would have helped if his knee joints weren't so long. They look unnatural when bent. If you see the official pictures of him posed with the Lightning Blade (Spiky Turtle Punch) effect, his legs look awkwardly positioned and the knees are huge. Makes me wish they used Figma-styled knee joints so that they would be smaller and still allow for a decent range of motion. I'll always prefer single jointed knees with sufficient range over ugly or pointless double jointed knees.
Seeing as the proportions are fucked, I wonder if the head would still be in scale with the figuarts version or something similarly scaled. I love the part options and overall paint job, but the limb scaling and strange articulation structure is very off putting. Especially at such a high price point. I wish the vest was removable like the Megahouse statue as well. If not, maybe an optional torso.
