Great choice of extensions. I havent' used these. I usually start with contours and use Fredo Toposhaper to the terrain. If you have to go to third party program and manually trace the sun diagram--that seem like a weakness in the setup, when the computer leaves the drudgery to you. Those Fredo Tools are great! It looks like the white in the color by altitude model is just your ground plane.
Yes Toposhaper is a good one as well. Agreed that it would be nice if Curic Sun let you 'create' the sun path geometry in SU as I try not to go to other programs as much as possible.
In the EW it is stated that Curic Sun runs only on Windows. However, you are running it on Mac. Can you explain that? Has Curic made it available for Mac?
Often times developers do not update their warehouse pages with up to date info about their extensions. I will often opt for the “give it a try” method of testing. Worst case, I download and install an extension that does not work… I just delete it.
