- First sewer dig with the Takeuchi TB260. This was with a different plumber than usual and you can see how limited for space we were. There was a house on this lot before that burned so we located the old sewer line and followed it to the riser. That saved them from having to go to the main in the alley. I also dug the trench for the sump pump line. We had to wait on the inspection before we could backfill the sewer line and the general contractor is planning on backfilling it and putting in the yard. I can believe the trash and debris they had around the house. A clean site shows a sense of pride in your work. Every time I see that I wonder what else are they sloppy on. That dirt sure was hard. And buried topsoil🤔
Levi Coblentz yeah the general contractor obviously doesn’t care about the trash. That stuff drives me nuts. I was just called in to dig the sewer. That wasn’t really top soil just dirt with less rock and lots of roots

That dirt looks like what I have. I was wondering could a TB240 have done this? Maybe taking a bit longer? That the kind of soil I’ll be digging my tree stumps out of.
Yeah you could handle it no problem may just take a bit longer to dig
Now that you have a quick coupler that you don't have to get out of the cab for a ripper tooth would come in handy. Might save on some teeth. Plud it wouldn't cost you an arm and a leg to buy.

That pipe is sooooo shallow does that pipe need tracer wire or caution tape ?
We put a tracer wire with it. Most of them here aren’t very deep

Do you need a license requirement to tow the machine? If so what can you tow? In the UK it’s not very good, we can only tow 3.5 tonnes.
Oliver I have a Class A CDL so I’m actually licensed to drive a semi with a 53’ trailer. Any vehicle over 26,000lbs you are required to get a cdl and if you pull a trailer that carry’s over 10,000lbs. So the class A covers all of that.
