I have no idea if you’ll see this, but I absolutely adored this game. From the rooms, the music, everything. I actually found a 1 to 1 recreation of the entire museum in vrchat, and seeing this is just making me feel like an 8 year old again. Thank you
I wish more video game collections did stuff like this. I have yet to see something akin to Namco Museum on PS1. The idea of having a virtual museum and being able to know the behind the scenes of each game complete with playing them. That to me is something we need more of...
I remember playing this back in the day. This video is bringing back some memories. I could also totally see it being brought back with updated graphics and in VR, maybe combining all the volumes into one? Something like this has probably been done already though tbh; a VR museum I mean.
@@selfishbeats You've never played VR then, lol. This museum would actually be absolutely amazing in VR. Learning Unity right now to port this museum over to VR Chat.
I actually just went to a Namco Museum world on VRChat. I went to this one (Vol.3), as well as Vol. 2 and Vol. 1. I got it on my most recent VRChat stream (Casual VRChat Stream Ep.14), if you want to check it out.l

@@alexplaysgames279yt Problem with people making games now is they don't understand value. We want games, exhibits where we can learn about the games and namco as a whole. they could maybe even drop the first Bandai Namco Museum with history from both. Tired of lazy and unpassionate products.
Thank you for posting this. I distinctly remember never putting this game back in the jewel case and scratching the shit out of it, and now that blue guy in the library is haunting me.
Thanks for uploading. My mom bought this for the Pacman game but end up not liking the version in the game (too slow moving compared to arcade versions) and stopped playing it pretty quickly. I loved the museum aspect and looking at the concept art in the library, but I remember the games being too hard for me, especially Druaga and Digdug. Those older games were hard. Kinda amazing to see how blocky eveything was. Still charming, though. The music in the digdug museum was my favorite! The museum music was great, too. Kind of interesting that all of the museum workers are these strange creatures/robots.

VR is still a bit gimmicky at the moment, it's just not ready yet. and a good experience should be able to work with or without VR.

Part of me wishes we got a modern take on the PS1 version of Namco Museum where you explore an actual museum of Namco's games.

Big upgrade to the first 2..wish they kept the music it was so soothing...the rooms are so cool and the music made for them is the icing on the cake
Love this game and Spyro got the music
