I was in the UK on holiday in 2012. Lovely time. I used to smoke cigars as well as sniffing snuff back then. Wish my wife and I spent more time there, she was born in London.
Keep doing what your doing, the information about Whitby just feels natural in your videos i always feel more engaged with your videos becuase you take that extra time to show us something that we ourselfs may not have ever discorvered! Thank you Simon.
Seeing Whitby is great, and 15 minutes is a good length too. Surely there are places in the UK where snuff is produced, it would be amazing to see how snuff is make. The only videos on UA-cam that Ive found are from the 1960s! All the best from Madrid!
Just got Chin-Chin and Duck soup plus some others in the mail today. Absolutely gorgeous snuffs, Simon!!! I will be ordering the rest of your snuffs as soon as I can. Hope all is well across the pond.
Love the Witby content, I find it fascinating its like having a bit of a tour guide for a guy on the other side of the pond. Love your reviews and your giggles, makes my day! Keep them coming man!!!
The Whitby content is wonderful! I'd like to see more, like you wandering around in the surrounding areas, some of the local food, maybe paired with some designated everyday snuffs, the pubs...
Simon, it's okay for you to say this is a "Top Banana", because it truly is! I have tried (and enjoyed) all four of your first blends, now I am working my way through your latest four releases, this being the third I've tried. This is a great snuff, I really like the spice character of this blend. Also, I really like the Whitby tours, please keep adding them to your videos! For anyone not interested in that part of your videos, I believe there is a way you can add bookmarks or chapters to your videos, so that people can jump to the part of the video they wish to view. Thank you for sharing, take care, all the best.
Last time i was in Whitby i remember a great Fish & Chip shop. Big cue outside. ABSOLUTELY deliccious large fish in batter and chips. Can't remember the name of it👍👍
I figured I would do a response to your review, so here goes: "Upon opening the duck soup, I was pleasantly delighted by the rusty brown color, and immediate aroma of clove and cinnamon that my nostrils were met with. It has a very moist consistency for being a medium cut. After I ripped a pinch, the rosemary and rusticabseemed to lag behind, which was a nice addition. Shortly after, the clove/nutmeg/cinnamon was finally reinforced by the citrus. It really warmed me up on this cold Michigan day. I only needed 2 small pinches per nostril, from the paddle. Well done, Simon, Well done. 👏 👏
Keep it up Simon!! Love the town stuff as someone that likes to travel. I have Boodleam and Marrakesh on the way from Mr. Snuff along with plenty others! Next order I'll get some of the new line if available.
Lovely video, as always. Just got my four tins in the mail a few days ago. I haven't spent a lot of time with them individually, but I'm leaning towards Chin Chin as my favorite, with Duck Soup in second. Cheers! edit: I think 6 Photo's Super Medicated No. 666 might be right up your alley. Similar grind and moisture as the Simply Snuff line with a nice medicated hit.
Hey simon That snuff, it sounds like it's powerful stuff. Taking all that snuff, make sure you have your nose swept once a year to be on the safe side. 😂😂 Duck soup, who comes up with those names for the snuff 😂 What's ya next review, A day at the races ?? . lol😂😂😂 Laugh a minute, watching your reviews... Keep them coming!!😊
I like the Whitby stuff ... course I do. Must be great to have all those independent traders - my town is more than twice the size and there's no proper butcher, fishmonger or even a greengrocer. As for the snuff, haven't had any yet but if the others are anything to go by it'll be a Top 'Nana right enough.
Well looks like it's into the Deep end for me.. Ive just ordered your snuff Buccaneer and marakesh to try for the first time.. never snuffed before might as well go all in.. guess I too am a bit of a crackpot 🤣
This one sounds like a winner! Do you know how long they will continue to manufacture these snuffs? Is it a demand or just a limited release? Cool town would love to visit over there.

Excellent!

Thanks so much!

Another great snuff. Outstanding with Indian food. Winner-winner, butter chicken dinner!

I agree! A tour of the Gawith Hoggarth/Samuel Gawith snuff mill in Kendal would be a great 5k subscriber special!
