@@sladeeyyy my 6’6 can stop the 1-5 and has a 80+ rebound with a high vert and speed. Easily better than any 6’8+ build

Nice, new sub, glad you show love to the big men! Before diving into the stats I made a paint defender, but after some tweaking and testing I've made a glass cleaning lockdown. Driving dunks are really the only let down but it doesn't matter because I'm 7'2 290 and can get to the paint almost at will. Everything on defense is amazing, I just suggest having at least a bronze clamp badge in case they move you to pf and you have to cover like Giannis or KD.

IDK what others may think about this, but a percentage pie chart system would in my opinion be a great idea. You have to have at least 10% in each category and a to get HoF badges is 40%. It still always for comp builds but with this you could create ur perfect build. This is just an idea though. Love the vids Joe!

I agree with the list and order you put it in but the pure lock takes a little bit more skill then the rest of the builds but with the right person it’s perfect
Agree it’s not like the other 2ks where they reward spamming square and you really have to time your jumpshot with the pure lock it’s not for everybody

One of the best overall builds is the 2-Way Facilitating Finisher. This is a more blue/less green pie chart than can get 90 speed, is tall, gets pro contact dunks, a 75 three-point shot, pro dribble moves, and is considered a "catfish" because it has 2-way in the name when it only gets 5 defensive badges. Badge spread is 17/16/16/5. Very good build.
i use this build but its defense is still good even with 5 def badges

Another build that’s really good are facilitating fours & fives, Mine which is a facilitating four has 15 finishing, 20 shooting, 6 playmaking, and 9 defensive, even with 9 defensive badges you can get rim-protector take over! You can also get shooting, glass-cleaning and even slashing.

My facilitating four has 14 finishing 10 shooting and I can shoot greens consistent 14 play make and 6 defensive max wingspan 6’8 can grab rebounds and dunk easily best build in game for bigs

I would put the point forward higher than the sharpshooting lockdown because the point forward gets pretty good defense and way better ball handle than the sharp lock

I would say you missed the facilitating finisher love to play on that build and i personalls think its better then the slashing play. But overall a pretty good list

For guards I gotta go with the green and blue 2 way slashing playmaker or mid range playmaker with mostly yellow and some green. Red and mostly green chart for a stretch four is one of my favorite new builds this year and the blue/red pie chart for glass cleaning finisher build

My glass finisher is my favorite build out of my 7 builds. I get 22 finishin 9 shooting 1 play 22 defense and with a 52 3ball ive learned to shoot pretty consistent in corner. And you can just dunk on whoever you want
what badges and jumpshot you use
Glad to see the build I made to start the game and play on, Slashing Playmaker.. so fun, contact dunks, 85 Dribble, 81 or 82 3pt, very high steal and perimeter defense, made him good height so I still get block and occasionally get rebounds.. it’s the most fun build
Yea fr that’s dope to see it too cause I made the same thing and it’s fun the only thing that bugs me is my 3pt is only a 77 and I’m trynna tweak it to make it higher but I can’t figure it out 😭

Got a 99 Post Playmaker for you Joe. HOF Blue/Yellow Pie chart. 6’7 PF 94 speed. 14/8/16/11. Every play glass I’ve ran into gets dropped..
Can we just acknowledge how much of a og the point forward build is? The build has been around since 2k11 n is like a top 10 build in 2k history.

Yo joe you should do a video on a 6’0 playshot that’s a pure green pie chart and at 99 overall it’s 99 3 pointer with a 85 ball handle with 30 badges I think it would be a great video💯
Definitely not a ideal build, horrible defense at 6”0 and in this game u don’t even need a 99 3 pointer. No point of a pure green if you can have a better, more balanced build.

i just made a 6'6 pure playmaker with sharp take
I made a two way stretch four with slashing take it’s mad OP badges are 7/19/4/18 with 88 speed and 86 acceleration at 99 ovr with 72 ball handle

How’s would U think a point foward with lock takeover would do?
I have multiple builds and the best pie is more green then red, your defensive attributes actually go higher with that pie chart as well as shooting, I think it's a balance thing but I like my 6"4 version the best 90 speed 87 3 ball 75 handle 71 dunk 91 steal with a 85 perimeter quickness, and all those are with no 99 and no plus 4 speed so add those in thays a beast 2 way
Also 9 playmaking badges I also have thr popper build same pie at 6"8 but I upped finishing instead of playmaking and have more d badges less shooting
Any build that’s unstoppable on offense or can do everything is the best build if u a good player point forward or a play shot playmaking glass cleaner the best builds
I have the number 2 build and it is soooo fun and so easy to hit jumpers and to yam on people. W build and W list. usually I hate finishing builds but its pretty nice

I think that my facilitating finisher is the best build in 2k bc it has an 80 three 80 driving dunk and 80 steal with 15 finishing badges 18 shooting 14 playmaking 6 defense

@@zachbamboat6289 gym rat doesnt boost those stats. u mean hittin 99? you need 85 ball handle and be 6'4 or below to get all the animations so you 1 off, the sleeve doesnt unlock animations either

my favorite build is my blue yellow 6'6 SG pure playmaker. contacts off rip, can shoot consistent off the iso, and has lock take to help w defense. Gets 6/11/22/10. contacts with only 6 finishing are more consistent than you would think. I run gold limitless bronze posterizer and silver slithery and almost never get blocked.
Why would you make it with 6 finishing and 10 defence when it’s a finishing pie chart mine gets 19/11/23/6

@@shxmz got a 75 win%, shoot 58% from the three w a 61-63 three ball(I have a red yellow 6’7 iso demon with a 61, and a blue yellow PF point power forward with a 62, while the playmaker has a 63), and I don’t really need the finishing badges when I consistently get past people off the iso.

Tbh in my glass cleaner I put vertical instead of speed now I got a 84 vert and a 85 speed
my main build a glass cleaner (only 89 ovr) hit 3pt rarely contested can dunk and rebound and my defense is the best with this build, but i wanted to try something new and i saw this rare build "balanced scorer" absolute mad build the defense is shit but its crazy otherwise, can contact dunk, can dribble, can shoot, its crazy.

Make a post playmaker or post facilitator build Joe those builds are really good and underrated
I have a post playmaker and gotta be my fav build able to shoot catch contacts great defense and still iso at 6’7 is so fun to use
