I purchased this foundation and I just ordered the new luminous setting spray to be able to use it now since I have dry, sensitive skin with a touch of oiliness on the nose. I think the best way to make this work for dry skin is to apply it with your fingers and blend and pat. I purchased this foundation because it looks ideal for summer weather. I am hoping to use the matte setting spray for the hot weather. Btw, the shade looks great on you and I LOVE the eye look! Please do a video of this beautiful eyeshadow look.😘💖✌🏽

I think this foundation looks good on you. I did pick this up but i’ve been testing the MUFE all week so i’ll try it this weekend.
Patty you should watch the review from Maryam Maquillage on the foundation, she had a video with her a Patrick Starr where he gave some tips on how to apply this and after she did what he said she said it looked better. She does say she has oily skin so it may be different but worth a try.

I have dry skin skin and I’ve been using the One Size BB Balm with my Charlotte Tilbury magic cream and the new Hourglass primer and I LOVE it!!! I definitely prefer using my hands or a sponge to put it on. Now I used a beauty blender the first time and didn’t like it so I switched to my trusty DSMD makeup sponge and it looked so good!!!

I am using the Beekman 1802 skincare with the Hourglass Vanish primer when I use my One Size foundation and it works! I use the LEIA tool for application.

I tried it with the LEIA tool. The tool helped a lot and I still got good coverage with very little product.
Wearing it for Two days now love it. Combo skin with oily T Zone I love the EL is my favorite.

As someone who has been plagued with dry skin since menopause I avoid any and All matte foundations. I looked on Sephora and it said that if you have”dehydrated” skin one should use some sort of hydrating product under this foundation.
Maybe up your hydration and use less of this foundation if you want to continue to use it.
Hope you’re using a good sunscreen too. At 67 years old my skin is paying the price from when I was younger….

So I did try this foundation and I had the same issues where it just didn’t sit on my skin right in a few spots, mostly my cheeks, it looked super smooth everywhere else, and I don’t have large pores or texture so it was odd, it did start looking better as the day went on, so there had got to be a way to get it to stick better in those spots because it lasted all day and felt lightweight. It for sure on me looked like a full beat because of the matte finish, so I almost feel like this would be for a dress up day. So I’m going to keep trying it and see if I can get an even application. It’s different than any other foundation I have tried and not my normal type of foundation because I’m dry and 44 so I usually go for medium finish radiant, etc.
My girl Maryam Maquillage said this stuff was SO GOOD and I'm stoked to hear what you say about it
I was bit confused about this foundation's marketing, bc initially I though this would be a lighter coverage BB cream for the spring/summer season. However this looks quite heavy coverage product, so my oily skin could benefit from this.

I really loved the way this looked on me but I noticed if I itched my nose or wore a mask that it came off very easily. Because I have a lot of redness in my skin you could very obviously see where it had wiped away. Too bad though because the overall look was pleasing.

I just bought the whole collection four days ago wore it and I had to return it all it was bad it was all lifting cracking it was so bad
I am oily skin and I did not like it. It looked like this after a couple of hours dry and patchy. It did blur my pores especially on my nose but it diminishes after a couple of hours as well.

I don't think Patrick's Complexion products are for us dry skin babes.
I have combo/oily skin and this one did not work for me. It made my skin looked so textured,dry and just dull. And also the shade match to me is just meh 😑 I have give it so many chances and tried with so many primers/no primer still….so disappointed because i had high hopes!
Agree but there are dozens of much better options out there.
I don’t really think it’s the products fault but you didn’t hydrate enough beforehand…. You need a hydrating primer or more moisture beforehand.
I'm very, VERY dryv skinned and anything with a moose texture looks awful - blusher/bronzer/foundation, anything!

This is definitely made for oily skin. I’ve got normal skin and this accentuates my pores and gives me texture. So strange. Feels so nice going on though. 🥲
