Trap doors in bedrock don't let you do much decorating. You can't use them as a shelf so I doubt you can put vines on them.

hello, how are you doing so that the snow does not melt, and to be able to put water between the slabs?
Snow won't melt unless there's light near it like a torch or lantern. And Mojang made it so you can put water on stairs and slabs. Hope that helps!
