- Patrick Johnston joins Paul Chapman in this week's video to tell you about the Elias Lindholm trade. Did the Canucks give up too much? What's the best and worst case scenario for this deal? What does it mean for the roster and how the team plays? And perhaps most importantly, is there another shoe to drop with another trade? Canucks This Week is brought to you by Paragon Roofing.

After several months, I have clearly come to enjoy this duo of Patrick and Paul as the mos genuine, most informative and the least likely to deliver fluff
much appreciated. If you have a topic you'd like us to cover or a specific question to ask, go ahead.
I always enjoy watching you both talk about the Canucks, great discussions and information, straight to the point.

If you go on social media, both teams got screwed on this trade. That's gotta be a first.
Thanks guys. Great discussion.
Appreciate the feedback, thank you
always leave me wanting more.
what were you left wondering about at the end?
I enjoy two people talking instead of shouting....... Also woulld Duclair be a fit?
Lol, you should hear us in our meetings.
Duclair certainly could be an interesting option as a depth forward...but at this point who would he be replacing in the lineup?
I see him as a low cost lottery ticket that could pay off given better surroundings. If traded for he would play with Pettersson and Lindholm due to Mikheyev not playing very well, putting him on the 4th line. Either Åman or Lafferty comes out.
Duclair doesn’t fit with Lindholm on board, can see Col or Eddy after him possibly
Lot's of speculation on Tanev being part of the deal but Van balking at a 1st rounder. Who was moving out to absorb the 4.5 for Tanev? Someone had to go.
yes i think that part was a big sticking point. just looking at the cap, Canucks would need Calgary to retain salary, so you're paying a price for that too.
They should get a defenseman
I think they will
More to come, they still need depth in blue line and bottom six
