I feel like I’ve been learning how to be more comfortable in the discomfort and open to possibilities beyond my control… but I don’t know how to apply this reading to where I’m at right now because finances are involved. My currently v dominant traumatised child is pure terror and shame, and anger, well - I wasn’t allowed to express and then feel it growing up, and it’s new, and it’s necessary and GOOD!!). This whole world system operates through force..it’s why it’s starting to crumble…and it just doesn’t work. On the individual level, like you said, we just put pressure on ourselves and burn out and it NEVER works!! Power…now that’s a very different thing.
