- I have been having so many aha moments the last few weeks as I come out of a couple years of melting away old identities. Who else feels like the goo stage of the caterpillar is your particular way of moving through the world? Anyway, it got me thinking about how often it feels like we owe the past some kind of specific consistency and that we can't change our minds as we keep becoming. And I realize now that has been one of my blocks to just letting myself have fun with my work and life. So I thought I would share!

Your energy is so different :) it is so confusing when the path starts veering off ....glad you have found the permission to change. Reading has really helped me wake up to a huge part of myself that had been asleep. I had stopped for so long and I wonder why but it doesn't matter.

Omg thank you Sarah. My fiance and I are talking about getting married. He's British and I'm American and I was previously married. I've been working through the art of allowing and starting something new. I turned 30 last August (gotta love those Saturn returns) and definitely felt a death and rebirth happening inside me. The discovery of who am I in this space and sitting with the energy of moving again (I lived in Germany for a few years and now looking at emigrating to England). Long winded comment but thank you for your validation and calming videos.
I feel you sooo much! I am changing my career again... for the 3rd time, but I am finally allowing myself to forget about everyone else's opinion (family, society...) and try for the career that I dreamt of since I was 4 years old!! Based on pure creativity -> fashion designer!

I love the freedom and lightness you are experiencing. Why do we think we are supposed to be one way all the time as if that makes any sense? Evolution of any kind is always shifting and growing into its next version of itself. I am not sure why I have gotten stuck or caught up in a versions of myself because those versions only existed to give way to the next.🤷♀️

Yes, thanks Sarah 🙏🏽💖🐛 I’ve been in the goo phase for a while thinking I was in the cocoon or chrysalis and getting frustrated with myself and wanting to rush the process until I surrendered to the stage I was in and being willing to release an old version of myself. Still a work in progress but celebrating where I am, have been getting the Hermit, Tower and Ace of Wands cards ALOT. So enjoying my solitude.
