Looks great! However the price is rather high for it. it only has 3 lever slots, getting the honeycomb throttle quadrant and yoke would be a better option in my opinion
Haven't seen much of the new Thrustmaster boeing but I think honeycomb is the way to go, I have the TCA Airbus throttle and the feel is just weird, the handles wobble around like crazy, but given the weight it's convenient for when I travel, but once I'll be staying in one place I'll definitely buy either the honeycomb throttle or their new hotas
I love everything about the yoke expect for how much the center part hangs down. Especially when I would just ignore the levers. Otherwise, looks amazing!
Thank you for the review as I found it helpful to know more about this product. Unfortunately though as I watched on I can see how this product is not worth the price tag it comes with. The product looks fragile and flimsy which could increase the chance of snapping parts when in use. Furthermore I don’t know why they didn’t make the thrust lever device bigger to include both thrust levers, speed break and flap lever. Sadly this product would be a desperate buy or a worse case option for me as a Boeing user. 4/10 for me
@@iamr4mi Not true. All FBW Yokes have artificial feel systems (the industry word for force feedback), otherwise you'll struggle to manually trim. The FBW Airbus sidestick does not, instead it commands a specific load factor (instead of control surface deflection) when the stick is moved, and the aircraft will autotrim.
Nice system, But damn, need a big space desk to have that style yoke, it's BIG. It's cool but allot of wasted plastic space and aren't much space to put the keyboard at behind the yoke. I'm used to using a stick anyway, plus once your taken off, autoploit is on, flying for 8 hours and not using your yoke anyway. At least now we have Airbus and Boeing style from thrustmaster :) options and more options.
Doesn't look like very good value for money to me. Why oh why did they cut corners by ONLY having 3 sliders on the Quadrant instead of 4 ? (like in word QUADrant: speedbrake, 2 throttles and flaps)
if I insert the Flap lever, and having no "detent", how can I manage the various steps (1,5,10 ...)? However, I am forced to look inside the cockpit to check. And if I move the lever slightly, there is the danger that I will pass from one step to another without my noticing.
Either Amazon messed up with the pricing because it’s selling for £499 on there for pre order.. but out of order charging 50 quid more seen as it’s not a private seller
I have an issue with the throttles, they are not active in the MSFS, but they seem to work in the menu pulling them back and forth. We don`t know what to do, tried updating driver, restarted many times but no change. Does someone know how to configure or fix the issue?
Thank you for the video! Looking forward to see you fly with it! as usual, many people keep complaining about anything instead of enjoying some innovation. I don't see why we should have fan boy discussion about this or that...if you want a push yoke, you can get a HC, and if you want something different this one looks intersting :)
@@Damlistky9-9 If I had the opportunity, I would go with Honeycomb over this. This TCA yoke feels like a total waste of money, just because it is Boeing licensed, if it wasn't, the price would be different in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, though. I have TCA Airbus sidestick and it is the best joystick I have ever had to the date.
500 EUR/USD for this option is very OVERpriced. Very small Gear Lever, Thrust Levers also not real size and only 3 axes throttle quadrant. For this price standard option should include both engines + Flaps + Speed Brake... And finally most of Boeing fans would like to see Boeing 737/747 Yoke. Thanks for review !
499 euro is ridiclious 😶

499 euros? Jeez, I'll be sticking with my plans to buy the honeycomb...
hello there

Same
I think the price is quite steep compared to their Airbus one especially

Thanks for the great video and I have a question can I map the flaps to one of yoke throttle levers

Absolutely agree
Unless the yoke has force feedback support and attempts to replicate the real yoke, this is not worth the steep price of $500.
The Boeing 787, which the yoke is based off does not have it.

go buy a boeing 787
It would be very handy to be able to switch the elevator trim switches from left to right.
As a first officer, I fly sim only from right side.

Are the small black squares buttons ?

Exactly my thinking.
I was also thinking that!
Very nice video Chewwy. Definetly gonna be picking this up as soon as possible! :)
Nice video👍🏻 the reverse are functionals or fictives?
When is it coming out
Your link seems to be for the T248 Racing Steering Wheel??
Is this also compatible on a MAC with Plane? Will the flight controls work on some of the business jets too or only on B737?
all planes

Yeah this product isn’t thought out well enough.
And the throttle levers all look very cheap, as if they can break any moment
They are set up pretty good. It’s like they are mapped.
is the yoke for windows 10 or windows 11

It's now $359 USD on some retailers. 😁
Better of sticking with honeycomb, i think this still looks abit wobbly and cheap

the bad thing is that we need to wait in till December 23rd to get it 😡
Does this yoke limit you to airliners?
no
great video my friend
bluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
You had me at Boeing, you lost me at Thrustmaster
Didn’t plan to spend all my money this month
Does this work with Roblox?
I prefer the airbus one because it is more cheaper

It looks so wonky and "plastic-i" for the price. :(

ANd the honeycomb has so many more fetures
The throttle is too small.

More crap!!
