At 6:48 this is not the actual silicone casting process, it's them making the mold, the metal shims that are seen all around are what will separate the two mold halves. Usually the mold is made in fiberglass & resin (epoxy or polyester), then once the sculpture is pulled out, the mold is reassembled, and the silicone is poured inside the cavity. Here there are probably many more steps as they have a solid resin "core" where you have the arm pegs & stuff, for rigidity, but that's basically what's on this photo, the making of the mold jacket :)
At 9:25, yeah it's a hairpunching needle, it's pretty similar to a felting needle, you lay hair on the silicone where you want to punch it in, and then there are one or multiple little hooks at the tip of the needle that grab hairs as you punch the needle through the silicone and dig the hair in.
    Really, really cool bust

You said many times you don’t want duplicate characters, now you have 2 enormous life size busts of the same character? Are you going to sell your custom?

Great story. Any company apart from them sending me that concept alone, I'd be no. But recently got valak and now I know how good the company is. Crazy good. So on that concept, if you love the character, it's them, can afford it..... Why wouldn't you.

Did you beat Ragnarok on GMGOW difficulty? Seems easier than the 2018 version so far.

I played on standard difficulty the first time I played it and I'm playing it again the second time on a higher difficulty

The only boses that were really hard on GMGOW were the poison sub boss in Freya's world (I was way underleveled for that fight), and the final boss fight in the game after you beat it. That last one took awhile to figure out, for me at least. If memory serves it was either a tracking ranged or a sprinting inwards attack, and for a couple hours I couldn't determine which one was coming until I picked up on the well hidden tell.
