Barry Ryan (born Barry Sapherson, 24 October 1948, Leeds, West Riding of Yorkshire) is an English former pop singer. He currently works as a photographer.
Paul & Barry Ryan greatest achievement as a composer & singer duo, now for MGM Records, was "Eloise", a number 2 hit in 1968. Melodramatic and heavily orchestrated, it sold over one million copies and was awarded a gold disc. "Love is Love", their next chart entry, also became a million-seller.

totally didn't expect his voice to be this good, after all these years. Puts a lot of younger singers to shame .... From what I remember Marion Ryan a 50s light entertainment singer of the time was the mother of Barry and his twin brother Paul who normally sang together.

Yo soy de Chile 🇨🇱 y está canción es hermosa, fue un suceso en el mundo ese año 1968, hasta hoy. Y considero que Es una falta de respeto cortar está canción. Es una mutilación a una obra de arte musical. Falta de respeto al cantante y prácticamente autor de la canción junto a su hermano, a la audiencia y a esa gente en la orquesta y coros.
