I know this comment is a years old but Yulia and Riccardo along with Maxim were brilliant . Julia and Riccardo I knew well, I am a choreographer who worked in Russia for many years at the Igor. I did some choreo with Yulia early on. We worked on the “Rhythm Dance” and a few other pieces. Y and M were incredible but Riccardo took her to a new level. 10 times World Champion is no easy feat. With the choreo Riccardo did, it was so tight and their bodies danced in such a close proximity to each other they was no room for mistakes and that’s what imo made the pair unbeatable.
Maxim Kozhevnikov is one of the few dancers (which also includes Ricardo & Yulia) that I want to know everything about. He's an amazing dancer and was born to perform. He and Yulia utilized every single note of that music and delivered a very fine performance.
NWATCH OTHER DANCERS-- they are so slow vs the snap and pop-- you cant even follow the moves unless you slow the video and its still snap and pop- but at least you can see what is hapening..
