that's a very slow Ora. In a x-1 server, wouldn't the Killing gloves of boxing result in a more effective "Ora Ora"? since, you know, it normally has a reduced attack speed and in a x-1 server it would have a "+20% increased firing speed". It's not as fast as the eviction notice, but it doesn't have any drawbacks in a x-1 server (unless if, after you kill someone, for 5 seconds you can't get crits, but that's like whatever)
x-1, buts its opposite day and all stranges lose there kills on x-1 and killing yourself with bleach kills a random person instead and everytime the eviction notice crits it earrape plays the one punch theme
