Overgrown Yard Clean Up & Mow For New Owners (Real Time, Raw Aduio)

- Опубліковано 6 жов 2024
- Another day, another overgrown lawn. What else is there to say? The ECHO PAS2620 was used with a spare trimmer head (not my normal speed feed) and it had some issues feeding (the trimmer line got caught on an eyelet) so the first half of string trimming was pretty painful. I finally decided to stop working and fix it, and I should have done that to begin with!
The BOB-CAT QuickCat made short work of the weeds and grass (as usual) and I pulled a ton of vines and growth off the south facing fence line. I just piled all the yard debris at the street for the city to pick up. It was something like one or one and a half trash cans full.
For you keen eyes out there, yes, this is the real time and raw audio version of a previously shortened and sped up video.

I love watching your videos before bed. It relaxes me lol
I love this! Thank you for the comment. I am very glad you enjoy the videos! :)
I love watching videos that pertain to yard work, Iam just weird, but I love it. It’s so calming and soothing to me. Tx for sharing.
No judgement over here! ;)
If you'd have told me there was a market for youtube videos showing someone cutting grass I'd laugh at you. And yet, here I am.
Haha, thank you for watching!
Glad I’m not the only one who finds watching you is very relaxing . Just before bed. Thanks for sharing.👍🏼🙂🙂🙂
Glad you enjoy it!
Looks great. I like how you put all the stuff on the patio to kind of tidy up and get it out of your way. A lot of guys just weed wack around the debris and leave it there
IT LOOKS WONDERFUL MUCH BETTER THEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD! A very nice looking property now!
Thank you kindly!
Great job edging and mowing. Seen other clean up and your was the best. Would like this job in episodes to see the end results.
Seems like we've all been getting a big share of overgrown lawns this year! I love them......I make lots of money off the overgrown ones!
Very true! No complaints here!
How come you left all those weeds on the top of the fence! Great job love watching cause you show extreme videos and not a lot of talking!
Covered that in the intro, just doing a little at a time.
Very soothing and rewarding to watch. Time to get started on my Central Florida yard! 😜😱
Sounds good, have fun! :)
Its amazing what that did to tidy up the yard. Looking forward to the next episode.
Thank you, I appreciate it! :)
I watched this so I can motivate myself to go clean up my own yard. Lol 👍
Haha, I hope it works, thanks for watching! :D
So satisfying
Hope you liked it, thanks for watching!
Excellent video I can watch your videos for hours you do an excellent job you take pride in your work with which means alot your customers should be very happy keep up the good work have a good day and I'll always be watching by
Thank you for the kind comments Paul, they always mean a lot!
hey rad these are my favourite videos, i love it when they are real time
I am glad to hear it! I know some like sped up and some like real time, so I am happy to produce both!
Good job 👍
Thanks 👍
Great job
Thank you!
Gotta cut mine and the neighbors tomorrow after heavy rain. These vids are good motivation.
I am glad to hear it. Let me know how those wet yards turn out! :)
When you got done with that fence, I was exhausted! And you had the mowing still to do! Mercy! You made that lawn look great! With such sparse grass there, I can't believe the improvement all your efforts made. Those homeowners need to shake your hand and send you a thank you note as well as pay you.
Haha, well they did pay me, thankfully, and I am happy with that! :)
costing time trying to save time to get tasks done: i am SO familiar with that, brother, but a trimmer head with short line that won't bump out is one of those things that i can NOT suffer with 😂 i'd immediately either stop and fix it, or leave the job site for the nearest dealer or box store to buy a new speed feed.
So true, but I still kept saying 'ahhh, just keep using it!'
You get some very overgrown yards, you did a great job mate.
👍👍👍
Thank you sir! I see you creeping up on 5k, congrats!!!
5k is getting closer, I'm amazed 😂
And congratulations brad on the 1M views on the pressure washing video 👍👍👍
Beautiful
Beautiful work
Thank you so much 😀
Good job.
Thank you!
Looks better brad
Thank you!
its me again great work brother 9.45 pm in the uk and just watched your video very relaxing I must say that garden looks fresh
Thank you! :)
Nice video. Bump your Echo trimmer head. The cutting path of an Echo with the guard on is 17". You're right up against stuff with the head trying to cut. That's a very nice ProExtreme model.
I think you missed the on screen text starting at 1:23. Thanks for the comment and for watching!
Nice cut....
Thank you! :)
Great job brother!!If you turn the weed eater sideways you can clear out the stuff on the fence way easier.Saves me time with stuff like that
Good tip! I will try that next time, thank you!
Cool!Keep up the great content.I love doing yards that are overgrown just to see the before and after pictures lol
Good job
Thank you!
Well you had more of a weed field than a grassy lawn to work with. It's looking a lot better after you cleaned it up. That young couple will have to invest in some sod or grass seed and amending the soil to get a good grass crop. Will they be asking you to help them with that I wonder. Good job and good start in taking control of the yard.
Thank you for the kind words! It will take some work for sure!
Nice job Brad. Looks neat and clean. Those vines were quite the work. You don't quit getting these big yard jobs you may have to trade that mower for the sit down type. 😉👍👍👍👍👍👍
LOL My BOB-CAT? NEVER! ;)
@@CopperCreekCuts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😨
I love lawn mowers man!
Then this video is right up your alley! :)
Why am I sitting on my couch watching this when I SHOULD be outside taking care of my own yard???
Haha, I hope you got it taken care of! :)
Mighty fine yardwork you did there!
Thank you!
That was A lot of clips to trim to the perfect time😂😂 Good job!
Haha, thank you!
Awesome video man my wife doesn't get why i watch you cutting grass i tried to explain you make places that look like the Adams family might live there look the best on the block but its lost on her lmao waiting on the next one man
LOL I appreciate you stepping up to the plate for me! :)
Wow, sure looks a lot better! 👍🏻
Thank you!
You're welcome. :)
I think you should take the tree trimming attachment and cut the tops of all the back fences that should stop the vines crawling all over the owners fences and under the also.
Looks 100% better !!!!! Looks like some weed and feed and a fertilizer schedule will be following , what type grass is on the property ???
I have no clue, all I could see were weeds! :) Maybe a zoysia.
barry hunt if he puts weed and feed on it, all you will see is sand! I didnt see any grass to speak of!
Looks great!
Thanks!
I hate weed whackers, They make me say nonsense cuss words! Thanks for video!
XD Same!
Great Video Brad!
Thank you Sir, much appreciated!
Nice job Brad
Thank you! :)
Instead of stopping every 3 feet to put your trimmer down and pull vines off the fence, you should walk the fence line and pull them all down in one shot. that would save you a lot of time.
Completely true. Also, completely impractical for filming! ;)
Great job🤠
Thank you! :)
Well done sir!
Is this THE Tommy Rosalee? Thanks for watching!
Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care LOL, yep. There’s only one me. Been following you for a min now. Love the channel.
It is "Garden Flipper" in real life! :D
Haha, too true!
Somewhere deep in that jungle yard... is a Brad and a string trimmer... 👀
Haha, very true!
What do you find as the best way to make the string not get eaten alive? I feel with string I spend more time trying to feed more line then actually trimming? Seems much easier and smoother for you here
Depends on what you are trimming, I suppose. I use ECHO Black Diamond, which chews through grass/weeds very well, but against branches, twigs, or driveways gets chewed up quick. I just have to know when to use it or when to pull something by hand.
@@CopperCreekCuts I gotcha! Thanks! Just normal trimming around the house, Not trimming anything to wild! Around a wood fence and outside clthes line poles! Just seems like it went to easily thru!
It looked like very nice weather there Buddy Boy... Nice & sunny, so thank God you had that chrome dome covered up!!! After the last video my cataracts are still recovering.... Bro., where do I come up wit dem??? I kill myself(and prob. only myself😁😁). Until the next one, I very much appreciate you tolerating me, Dirty Jersey out!!!!
XD Got me again, as usual. You do have a clever wit, I have to hand it to you!
Who da heck you callin a twit??? I was just joking jeez!!!
Brad intros the video, Bugface does the work! (the mask is a good idea, of course!)
LOL Too funny! :)
You working all by your self ?
Yes sir!
Nice 👍
Thank you!
Cool vid man just subscribe. Quick question but Why are you using a mask when you was weed eating? ?
Thanks! So the dust/dirt/grass/pollen doesn't get in my nose and lungs.
Marathon Watching 11/11/21 Full length of a previous video... enjoy... please...
What are your thoughts , likes and dislikes even concerns on zero turn mowers?
They have lots of sunny space for fruit trees or a veggie garden! 🌞🍎🍏🍒🍅🥕😎
Maybe, they aren't really the outdoors/gardening type! ;)
great job. Any tips on how to be a successful lawn care youtuber
Consistent content (minimum 1/week), research Darryl Eaves to learn as much about UA-cam as possible, and research/find out what makes watchable videos.
Man, you can find them another over grown.
I must have something about me that makes them come!
Minty! 😂
Haha, thank you!
What?! No circle mow?! 😆 jk!!! Looks good 🤙
XD Had to cut the yards up into sections for filming! :) Thanks for watching and commenting! :)
Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care no I know I’m just messing. Making fun of myself for when I mowed in a circle! 😬
I figured but you know on UA-cam you have to assume everyone is serious! ;)
Nice work!
How do you go about charging?
How do you give an estimate ?
Bids = estimated time to complete X desired hourly rate. So $50 per hour and 2 hours? $100 bid. $35 per hour and 1.5 hours? $52.50 bid. I send estimates through yardbook.
Thank you very much. That Information is really helpful to me. I just started yard cleaning well mostly overgrown weeds, grass, shrubs etc. and I felt I was undercharging for the quality & service I provided.
Why didn't you cut all the vines on the fence ? You cut some why not all....
? With you being in Florida have you ever ran into any thing like alligators snakes etc . while working ?
Not normally. Only on a really wooded property did I run into a snake.
@@CopperCreekCuts I've got lost of snakes, come on down and cut my grass 😀
Would u ever find snakes in this yards
Not in this one, no. Thanks for watching!
👍
What will you be doing with the br800?
I am still using it for testing.
Do you use the 25cc or 21cc
Neither, the 2620 is a 26 cc model!
I've seen this video already some time ago. Not into reusing videos.
I apologize then, you won't like my channel! I always make two versions of lawn care videos. Some people like time lapse and some like real time, so I make both.
What were the dimensions on your truck logo
Which one?
@@CopperCreekCuts just the main one in place of a standard door magnet.
Looks a bit drought stressed there!
Yeah, I think I filmed this when it was a bit dry. Can't remember the exact conditions, though, but you probably aren't wrong!
👋😀
change that f en string
Overgrown?? Hahahahahahahaha
If you went for a walk in my village i think you wouldn't believe your eyes ;)
I'll take your word for it!
Good JOB
So satisfying
Thanks for watching and commenting, I hope you liked it! :)
