Don't do this. Valsalva maneuver is no joke as it can affect your heart rate immediately. Heart rate decreases significantly and heart has to work more in order to pump the blood.one can really feel the heart pumping intensely.so better avoid it. Dont do this cause it will put pressure on ur arteries and veins in abdomen area and in long run it will cause u haemaroids or piles ( ur viens in ur anus will unlarge due to that pressure ) I had same issue and had to consult a doctor and he told me u should breathe will exercises.

Bro no offense but your doctor is wrong and if he is right, that's because you have other health problems. Bracing is a key part of squat and focussing on mind muscle connection is counterproductive for heavy compounds because it makes the lift harder and it scientifically reduces mechanical tension as a result. You should only do mind muscle connection for stuff like bicep curls or other small muscles.
