It's nice that protection can be simply added, doesn't require a huge spell. Lately my energy has been depleted so it's nice to have simple ways.

I’ve been reading about witchcraft for awhile, but have never practiced before now. Your channel is immensely helpful in figuring out where to start, how to enhance what I’ve been doing, and what pitfalls to avoid. Thank you for sharing all of this knowledge!!!

Perhaps it's because of me being a mental health professional, but everything I heard in this lovely video is both witchy - and also pure psychology. Visualization, positive self talk, plants and objects as symbols of protection and safety, creative imagination, individual rituals for calmness, stability and structure in everyday life, giving sacred meaning to ordinary actions and objects as a form of everyday spirituality, also being aware of, strengthening and protecting one's boundaries, being aware of the beauty of small things and pleasures as increased quality of life, "slow living" as a healthy lifestyle, showing love to oneself by listening to and tending to one's everyday needs, enjoying healthy food and transforming it from necessity into pleasure etc, etc. All of that is modern psychology, which we use with our clients in various ways, from self awareness over important coping strategies in times of vulnerability to simple ways of listening to one's inner voice etc. (Tryly, new science is nothing but old magick dressed in fancy words.) As always, you are a lovely addition to my calming before-bed routine.
And yes, I'd LOVE to hear more about spirits and how you work with them.
Alla prossima, tante belle cose ❤

** this video was brought to you by juniper **
For people who are intolerant to garlic but still want the protection from it, a lot of the more challenging parts of garlic aren’t oil soluble so if you infuse olive oil with garlic you can get all of the flavour and magic without the bits that are harder to digest!

My italian grandmother had a special relationship with both basil and mint and they grew to unnaturally tall proportions.
You can take a leaf of the plant you feel closest to and carry it in your wallet or purse. One simple leaf can bring protection and abundance.

This was so educational! I never really thought about food as protection, which is so obvious to me now. I have a hard time identifying juniper from cedar bushes. Maybe they both ha e very similar properties. I will have to look that up. Thanks for the awesome video!

I’m so glad this video came up for me. I’ve been feeling a very urgent need for sustained protection. I’m new at studying and practicing, so these insights are especially valuable. Now pardon me while I stuff my pockets with cloves and charge all the rosaries. ❤️

I love your chill approach to the craft. Definitely resonates with me. My life is busy and I consider about 70% of my practice to be an enhancement to day-to-day living, not spellcraft/divination/etc. If I can nourish and protect my spirit and my physical body at the same time, it is efficient and beautifully... in balance.

This is exactly what I needed 😭 so hard to find juniper info for spiritual practice! It always near me and I use them for decor and offering to my Native American ancestors!! Berries so good for scrapes! Smells sooooo Devine!❤

Part of my protection for my home everyday is just sitting with my house for a few seconds or minutes (whatever I'm able to give) to thank them for keeping us warm, keeping us dry, holding our things, and keeping me, my partner, and my cats safe from anything or anyone that could or wants to do us harm. I try to offer my house something every day in the form or cleaning some part of them. I feel like my relationship with my home is getting deeper every day❤ loved this video!

I've just started processing how the spirts of planets affect my Magic, and as someone who values spirit work a lot in my practice I think starting to communicate with the plant spirits I wanna use before using them will be really beneficial, it might be what's holding me back magically. I've also been learning to interpret spirit communication through "emotional shifts" that are very sudden and only happen during active communication. The sudden feeling of, "don't do that." When trying to do herbal spell work. Maybe I should start listening lol.
Edit: I'm starting to try and work with pine as an herbal ally, it's always been around me and idk it's just a gut feeling. I'm excited about it.

Would you consider doing a video focused on your jewelry? I know you add charms to your jewelry but I’m wondering if you could do a video about it. I see your jewelry all the time in videos and I always love how unique it is. I have sensitive ears so I’m wondering what you do for earrings. Again, very informative and lovely video!

Loving this very informative content.. Is there anything specific I can use for protection against nuisance neighbours? Would Juniper be the best choice for this issue..? I don't have Juniper on hand.. I do have Holly in my front garden which I'm hoping this too would be protection from ill intention from others.. ✨✨

Just out of genuine curiosity, what should I do if my evil eye necklace breaks? Two days ago I was going to my cousin's house for Christmas, and before I put it on I noticed the chain was a little tangled so while I was trying to untangle it, I dropped it and the chain fell of when I picked it up, fortunately my mom was able to fix it , and it was good , I think it was my own fault because of how far my necklace was from the ground before it fell out of my hand, but then today I went out and spent some Christmas money , I got home and took it off and as I took it off a part of the chain fell off on one of the ends , again it got fixed , but that time was weird because I can put it on and take it off without undoing the parts of the chain that keeps it on so I want to know what I should do . I made sure to cleanse it , not sure if it helped but I don't know what else to do. I need some advice.
