As a 19 year old who wasn't exposed to I love Lucy until a few years ago, I can say it's hilarious! Just classic comedy. That's why it has stayed around. Same with shows such as F.R.I.E.N.D.S they just never get old

I watched I Love Lucy when I was a kid in the '90s. It was on Nick at Night, and I would stay up and watch Lucy and many other shows. I think everyone should watch old movies and TV shows to really get an understanding and appreciation for classic entertainment.

I'm 31 and have been watching Lucy since I was under 10. one of the best shows of all time. should have had the kids react to this. if cookies the elders have watched it.

I never noticed before, but the show drake and Josh made a remake on one of their episodes of the I Love Lucy bit with the food production line. Wow this show really has stood the test of time.
I think this was a really nice edition of Elders React, to see them reminiscing about the show like that.

I'm a 90's kid and I watched I Love Lucy with my parents everyday lol. I grew up with anime cartoo network, Disney and I Love Lucy. Tbh the show taught a lot of valuable things. Till this day I still watch it.

Me and my Grandma used to watch I Love Lucy all the time... The show holds a special place in my heart.
Lucy was one of those stars that just every one fell in love with. She just had a genuine sense of who she was and what she wanted to be. It transcends the age gap as well. Her shows are just as funny today as they were when they first premiered.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I remember this episode so clearly. I just turned 60 in January. It was one of my favorites. My parents and us kids would watch I Love Lucy. I really miss this kind of comedy shows. Sanford and Son, Good Times, Bewitched, I Dream of Jennie, etc... 😊😊
I wasn't even born in that timeline ( I was born in the year 2003 ) but before school me and my sister would watch these kind of shows they were cool and funny XD

60 years and multiple generations later and it's still funny. My mom watched this as a kid in the 50's, and I watched as a kid when it used to be on the old "Nick at night" - and my young daughter, born 50 years after it was live on tv, also gets a kick out of it. Lucille Ball was a gem.

I loved this show as a kid. One of our local tv stations used to run this show in afternoons, I think it's cool to have some classics like this (I'm a teenager btw).
It's so nice seeing them so happy about what they are reacting too. We all love seeing their confused and sometimes angry reactions to most of today's popular fads, but it's refreshing to see them like this too!
listening to them reminisce about their first TVs was just super sweet honestly.
Fun fact: I live about an hour and 19 minutes away from where Lucille Ball grow up,which is Rochester New York :)

Born in '89 (the year Lucille passed away), I was an early watcher of I Love Lucy and I couldn't get enough of it. I still love the show today and seeing this episode really warmed my heart. Lucille was such a great talent and a great influence to many, including myself. I'll always love this show.
The difference is that commercials used to be entertaining. Now every commercial includes profanity, insanity, and stupidity. I remember I Love Lucy. I also remember Betty White doing ironall commercials. Those were the days! We got a television when I was 10 in 1960. But we were not allowed to watch it excessively. Before we got a television, my mother used to listen to Days of Our Lives on the radio. And radio shows still exist. losing Lucille Ball was like losing Elvis, a large part of all of us was lost. Luckily we got her on film, and we will not ever forget her or Dezi! We miss you Lucy!!

Was born in 1986 and I definitely still love "I Love Lucy"! Grew up with it! Still hilarious, to this day. Literally, the birth of the "sitcom" style show.

I watched this during my middle school years in the 90's. My friends would tease me, but it didn't matter because they got hooked just like I did. Thanks to Nick @ night, I got to enjoy tv history.
We literally watched I Love Lucy for an hour in my literature class, and since me and my friends are 13 and 12, I was really surprised that more than half of my class knew what it was. I really hope they keep showing the re-runs!

I grew up watching I Love Lucy reruns on TV Land in the 90's. I am in my 20's now and when Lucy comes on TV, I always tune in! Don't forget the grape stomping scene, when she announces she is pregnant, when she has a baby, when Lucy and Ricky trade places/roles for a day, when Lucy gets stuck in a freezer, and when Lucy and Groucho Marx hilariously mirror each other.
