@@ripmc1 Might I ask how'd you even secure the one you had? I did everything from joining the community, to subscribing to the newsletter, to even commenting on their defunct social media. Not a peep. I'd almost written it off as a failed product launch until I happened upon the heated press -after just purchasing the Klaris Clear Ice Maker, mind you.
2 part system, the first part makes the super clear ice gem, and the second part cuts it into the sphere. Sold the unit for $600 and wish I would have kept it

I wouldn't put ice on a 18 year Macallan or a 16 year Lagavulin or a Johnny Walker Blue. Learn how to drink expensive licor, man, oh man, and also learn how to talk, man, oh man.

We sold ours to another youtube fan who contacted us. So sad that we did though. I wish i had it back. I loved this machine!

The ball is clear because the ice gem was clear. This is one of the most embarrassing ways I can imagine spending $1.5K.
